After officer was about to go he quickly informed him to bring karyo too as she will sing songs for the soldiers to boasts their moral and of course they will pay her and make a contract and in which sanji(WoU) dominated the officer in signing a contract per song 1 million dollars (by using karyo's charm on him and just by adding one word please)
