After years, laughter echoed in the halls of Seraphina's mansion. True, genuine, beautiful, and happy laughter. Both Elijah and Seraphina were not able to contain in the excitement and the happiness of their decision of getting married today.

They were sitting on the bed enjoying the breakfast that Elijah had made while talking about the things that they need to do to register their marriage and get the certificate on the same day while smiling and laughing constantly. 

Though Elijah's excitement and joy was completely about getting married to the woman he loves so deeply and irrevocably, Seraphina's, on the other hand, also derived from the fact that she would now be able to actually and physically infiltrate the enemy's camp and watch their downfall directly, enjoying every moment of it.
