Chương 48: Guests
{Bonus chapter for the 200 power stones. I know this was late, as it's last weeks... many things came up, so I didn't have time to give you guys a bonus chapter.

Mu Xuanyin... let's just say she didn't have the best days of late. A mortal defeated her within her realm, going as far as to even make her stronger to make the fight more enjoyable, and even than she lost. She went on to have her Dao Heart suffer great damage, before going on to find out that for thousands of years, she had someone secretly influencing her actions and spying on her.
It didn't even take long before her realm was destroyed. All of this happened within the span of... 3 days. 3 days and her world had been flipped upside down... both literally and figuratively.
But that was okay, as she was now under Xia Qingyue her understanding of Ice had been improving, and she was thinking of shattering her Dao's heart and rebuilding it from nothing.
It's been a week since the day her realm was destroyed, and ever since she and all of the lifeforms within her realm had taken up root within the Soul Stealing realm, much to Chi Wuyao's annoyance seeing the endless lifeforms entering her realm.
As of this moment, Mu Xianyin sat under a tree. She was within a unique state of enlightenment, her Dao's heart had broken apart, and this caused her strength and even the Dao she had comprehended to start showing cracks within. A Dao's heart was a key factor in understanding the Dao and using its power. It was unheard of for someone without a Dao's heart to still use the power of Dao, but she didn't care since she had enough confidence to recreate a new Dao's Heart.
Unlike the past, she wouldn't have her will be as hard as Diamond... no it would be like falling snow. The wind could blow it, it could flip around, but at the end of the day, she would hit her target which was the ground, and cover this world within a never-ending cold.
She and Xia Qingyue although walked the Ice path, they took two different paths within this field. Mu Xianyin was more about using Ice or snow to gain all types of effects, while Xia Qingyue cared more about freezing a target on the deepest of levels. To say the least, Mu Xianyin refused to have her path any weaker than Xia Qingyue, so it would be an interesting sight to see how she could develop this path.
Slowly Mu Xianyun let out a breath which turned the tree behind her blue. It was frozen completely, inside and out. The ground also turned blue, a super thin layer of Ice covering it. She slowly stood up, feeling her current strength.
She created her Dao's heart, it was still weak and needed her to temper it. This meant going through countless battles, which was perfect as Xia Qingyue was always up for a battle when she wasn't cultivating.
She got up and headed off to find Xia Qingyue, but she didn't get far before she sensed something. She looked up into the sky... well, she saw past the sky, past the void of space, and into the void of the realm of the gods. There she saw many ships heading towards the realm of the Soul Stealing realm.
She frowned, but she didn't get a chance to react as storm clouds filled the heavens. Her eyes widened seeing the tribulations, she wasn't shocked but surprised that an Immortal Sovereign dared to break through so close to Chi Weyao's palace.
But after a second, she realized this wasn't a simple tribulation, but a breakthrough into level 1 Saint King. She looked at Xia Qingyue who floated high in the sky, looking back towards her. It seemed like she had held back her breakthrough, not wanting to get in the way of her forming her Dao's heart.
But she wasn't alone, as a second later, on the other side of the Snow Stealing realm, helian Xun was also facing her tribulations. These two had reached level 12 High Saint. They had of course gone through a tribulation within every level within High Saint, but they were not as huge and great as this current tribulation. This current tribulation was huge, but it was also important as at High Sant, one has to use the power from the tribulation to form a sky within the inner world.
What was an inner world? Let's take a few steps back for a moment. After the SOul transformation realm, a person would enter the Saint realm where they used the power from the tribulation to create an inner world within their dantian.
This inner world was important, as it could hold a person's soul, protecting the soul and allowing a cultivator to pretty much come back from death so long as their inner world isn't destroyed. It wasn't used for much, other than allowing one to hold extra energy, items, and if big enough other lifeforms.
But once a person reaches the High Saint Realm, they can form Earth within the inner realm. This earth can allow a person to grow herbs and many other amazing things within the inner world.
Saint King allows one to create the sky, which pretty much means creating the sun. This would increase the growth capability of herbs, and even add a heaven to your inner world, allowing for a balance.
Xia Qingyue thanks to her Nine Profound Exquisite Body, with every breakthrough she has through Saint, High Saint, and Saint King, the extra power she can hold within her inner world shall increase many times over. This was only increased even more after she created her cultivation art.
Remember, she had awakened the Heart of Snow Glazed Glass, her comprehension capability being above the likes of Qin Wentian and Yun Che, she was able to create her cultivation art, which was even more so when she had an amazing, handsome master. She had the perfect master, who was unrivaled under the heavens... cough, I got carried away there.
Anyways, she had created her cultivation art and went on to maximize the benefits of her physiques, and capabilities. She was able to fight an Immortal King at High Saint and entering Saint King, the heavens thought she was worthy to face a tribulation that rivaled an Immortal Sovereign... this was of course thanks to the fact she had ascended, and the boost to her strength allowed her to fight a level 3 Immortal Emperor while at level 10 High Saint.
By level 11 High Saint, she could face a level 5 Immortal Emperor. By level 12 High Saint, she could fight a level 7 Immortal Emperor. All of this was crazy, but it went to show that with every breakthrough Xia Qingyue was making, her strength was growing and growing at a rate that was only increasing.
This was partly thanks to the fact she was transforming her cells into mini versions of herself, and each version had to have the same physique as her... which only added to the greater power she could hold. Adding the fact she grew smarter with every breakthrough, she was a monster.
Helian Xun? She was different, she didn't have powerful talent like Xia Qingyue nor was she smart. So, she was only as strong as someone at level 5 Immortal Emperor at this moment. It was still impressive, but she fell behind Xia Qingyue by 2 levels in her combat capability.
"Interesting..." Ignoring their breakthrough, I stood before Xiao Lingxi who was currently ill. Her pulse was abnormally fast, more than ten times faster than a normal person's and she also faints from time to time.
She had fainted not long ago, and I was here to study what was up with her. I could guess she wouldn't die, most likely something within her was awakening. I just wondered what this thing could be, a physique, something from a past life, or something else?
Xiao Lingxi's eyes slowly opened, she weakly looked at me, and seeing this I smiled at her.
"Is the thought of me just making you faint out of nowhere now?" I asked with a smile, to which she rolled her eyes at me. She never met anyone who had such a huge ego,
"... will I die?" She asked fearfully, she wished Yun Che was here. But he was nowhere to be seen, she didn't blame him as they ascended to a random place, she just wished to see him one more time.
"Naw, since you caught my attention, that means you're not simple. You will live. How could trash like us die of an illness? thats a fate for the talented ones" I said with a smile, to which she smiled lightly.
"... Can you stay by me?" She asked softly, she was scared. She didn't want to be alone right now.
"Sigh, if I had a spirit stone for how many times people wished to have the balls to ask me that question... I would be so rich." I said leaving Xiao Lingxi speechless. No one ever asks, but to think one's ego is so big, it filters the world like this.
"Okay, you can stay by me... but we can't do anything more. Even if I wanted to, you can't be so perverted to think of such things in your condition." I said seriously, making Xiao Lingxi's face darken. When did she even hint at such things happening? Her head went light, she didn't need the stress on top of her illness.
"Hey, I'm only thinking of your health. Why are you stressing yourself out? Deep breaths, think of happy things... wait, if you think of me, you will faint." I said with a frown, trying to think of another thing that could calm her down.
"... I think I should stay alone." Xiao Lingxi said in fear, she might die if she stayed by me. But I looked at her in confusion, wanting to know why she changed her mind so quickly. Xiao Lingxi looked away from me, scared for her health.
"Why are you looking away? is my body that important to you that you're throwing a tantrum?" Xiao Lingxi was almost in tears, was this an attempted murder? She was scared that she might be the first person to die thanks to the words of someone else.
"Let's go, looks like we have some guests," I said while looking towards the door, which opened as one of the witches entered.
"My lord, you have guests from the great powers around the immortal realm... do you wish to see them?" The witch asked, to which I shrugged.
"I will allow them to see me, lead the way," I said while holding my hand out towards Xiao Lingxi, who uneasily took my hand. She was somewhat shocked feeling how smooth and soft my hands were... a baby butt can only wish to be this smooth. It brought her shame that she was so outclassed in skin care by a male.
"Is it wise for me to come?" Xiao Lingxi asked to which I rolled my eyes,
"God... cough, I mean, Me. What's so great about them?" I asked to which not only Xiao Lingxi, but even the witch had a pause at my words. Not the last part, but that first part. Xiao Lingxi said nothing else and just held my hand while we arrived outside, where the sky was filled with countless experts... and past them were the tribulation clouds which were ignored.
"Sigh, please, line up. I will sign your autographs one by one." With a helpless sigh seeing the huge numbers of experts, I shook my head while a pen appeared in my hands. Everyone's lips twitched at my words, who was here for an autograph?
"Haha, as arrogant as ever." A laugh sounded, causing me to look over just to see the immortal Sovereign who had reincarnated me long ago.
"Oh... so you didn't break through?" I asked causing his smile to freeze, his shoulders dropped lightly. He had been getting ready to break through to level 4 Immortal Sovereign, yet he didn't dare to break through as he would most likely die. Even after spending thousands of years collecting good karma, he realized he would not break through.
"You know him?" Chi Wuyao asked while walking over to me, I just nodded slightly. But I didn't explain as I was too lazy to do so.
"Special Guest?" She asked to which I thought for a moment on this, before shrugging. Why not? All ants were equal, he could be a better ant since we knew each other. So, the Immortal Sovereign with great pride entered the palace, much to the envy of many others.
I looked back towards them before I suddenly looked up into the sky. Among the crowd of people who wanted to be close, was a white-haired woman who had beautiful blue eyes. She was currently looking at me, with tearful eyes.
"Fuck..." I said realizing that... sigh, I had parents. I had no interest in that nonsense, it would only bring unwanted people doing all kinds of stuff to get into my life. I didn't even care to know the story behind my birth. I was hoping that the heavens just popped me into existence, it was a bit embarrassing to think I came from ants... then again, not even the heavens were worthy of birthing.
"Sigh." Sighing once more, I held out my palm. My willpower spread out, and reality was subdued by my will. I wished for glasses that could allow one to see the strings of karma that connected to me. It happened before everyone's shocked eyes as I didn't use any Qi to do this.
"I'm too lazy. Those who have the most karma can come to speak with me." I said while giving her the glasses, which she put on, and was shocked seeing the many strings of karma that connected a few people here to me.
"If someone has some good reason to speak with me then sure. But if it's about killing the devil or something stupid, don't bother me. I need to go sleep." I said with a sigh while leaving with Xiao Lingxi who needed me to walk her.
"So, how does it feel knowing that the world has a misunderstanding that we are dating or something? You must be happy." I said with a sigh, to which Xiao Lingxi rolled her eyes.
"Can we go to the lake?" She asked softly, there was a beautiful lake she had found. If she was to die, then she wanted to at least want to see that view one last time.
"Sure," I said while we teleported before a beautiful lake, where we sat under a tree. The view was truly beautiful, it looked like something out of a picture. On Earth, this view would only be possible through filters, but even then it wouldn't remotely look this beautiful. It looked so perfect, it looked fake.
"I know you enjoy the view as well." She said with a smile, to which I shrugged.
"It's the best view I have found, although not worthy of me. But it came the closest... maybe I should create my own lake, and show you what beauty looks like... then again, you see me all the time." I said with a shake of my head, leaving Xiao Lingxi helpless. One moment the subject was on the lake, how was it possible for the subject to always show my ego?
