"Don't worry,"
Professor Lupin said patiently. "First, we need to understand why Malfoy went to Andy and said things like...get rid of the Defence Against the Dark Arts class professor."
"Maybe we can find out Malfoy's motives from this."
Professor Lupin's meaning was clear.
Malfoy had gone to see Andy three times in total, but when Harry and Ron asked Andy about it, Andy only told them about the first conversation.
Andy never said a word about the other two conversations.
But that also meant that Andy wasn't lying.
Because if Andy had been lying, he could have made up a lie to deceive Harry and Ron instead of just telling them: I can't tell you.
Not lying...that was interesting.
Professor Lupin suspected that the person behind Malfoy's actions was most likely Snape.
Because he is the one who most wants to get rid of the Defence Against the Dark Arts professor – Remus Lupin.
Professor Lupin is well aware of his feud with Snape and how much Snape hates him. It doesn't surprise him at all that Snape wants to get rid of him.
But if you connect it with Harry and Ron's suspicions...
Professor Lupin feels that Snape's desire to get rid of him may not be just personal.
He may actually have another agenda.
"Professor Lupin, you mean..."
Harry quickly responded, "We must first understand why Malfoy is doing this."
"Exactly!" Professor Lupin nodded approvingly.
James and Lily's son seemed very clever as well.
"Yes! Why is Malfoy doing this?"
Harry muttered to himself, adding, "If it's Andy, then the purpose of getting rid of Quirrell and Lockhart... should be to study better."
"But Professor Lupin is very capable, so Andy did not agree with Malfoy's plan."
"So what did Malfoy want?"
Harry was a little distressed.
He and Ron had previously speculated that Malfoy went to see Andy to distract him so that he would not notice their plan to help their friend break out of prison.
But when Harry calmed down, he realised that this reason simply did not hold much basis.
Because Andy would always stay at Hogwarts.
Even if Andy is very capable, he can't control Azkaban.
"Malfoy... maybe he just found an excuse to get close to Andy?"
Harry quickly came up with a new idea: "Maybe the content of the last two conversations was Malfoy's real goal."
Ron agreed, "Harry, you're right! If Malfoy really wanted to get rid of Professor Lupin, then even if Andy refused him, he would do it anyway."
"But he didn't!"
"He went to see Andy again, twice."
Professor Lupin thought about it. He really hadn't noticed any plots against him—apart from the strange-tasting wolfsbane potion Snape had been brewing.
"If that's the case, then we'll have to find out what they talked about."
Harry looked at Professor Lupin and asked, "Professor Lupin, do you have any ideas?"
Professor Lupin laughed and said, "Harry, why don't you ask Collins? If he still refused to tell, then Dumbledore should also know about it."
Harry nodded in response.
Andy had indeed said that Dumbledore knew about their conversation.
It was just that Harry didn't really want to trouble Dumbledore over such a trivial matter.
Ron suddenly asked, "Professor Lupin, do you also think that... it was Snape who rescued Peter Pettigrew?"
Harry looked up sharply at Professor Lupin, hoping that he would give him a definite answer.
Professor Lupin smiled faintly and said, "I won't suspect anyone without evidence."

Harry said gratefully, "Thank you, Professor Lupin. I feel much better."
"That's good," Professor Lupin smiled encouragingly and turned to leave.
"Ron, we should go to class too," Harry said.

At dinner, Andy met Harry and Ron in the hall.
"Andy, there's something I want to ask you, and I hope you'll tell me the truth."
Harry said with a serious face, "This matter... may be related to the rescue of Peter Pettigrew. He betrayed my parents, and I must catch him."
Andy's heart suddenly skipped a beat.
Peter Pettigrew was rescued...What does this have to do with me, Andy Collins?
Why is Harry asking me?
Andy said calmly, "Of course you can. I will share anything with you, provided it's not a secret."
Hearing this, "provided," Harry was suddenly a little disappointed.
Because Andy had already said that he couldn't tell anyone about his conversation with Malfoy.
But Harry still asked with a glimmer of hope, "Andy, I want to know what you and Malfoy talked about."
Andy: "..."
You are really obsessed with Malfoy!

Andy pondered for a moment and said, "Harry, I can only tell you that the content of our conversation has nothing to do with Peter Pettigrew."

Andy suddenly sighed, patted Harry on the shoulder, and said, "Harry, leave the capture of Peter Pettigrew to the Aurors. Our current task is to study hard."
"Andy..." Harry tried to struggle a little.

"Okay! I understand, thank you." After saying that, Harry left with Ron in a disappointed manner.
Watching Harry's back, Andy shook his head helplessly.

He was not mature enough.
However, Andy felt that Dumbledore might be happy about this.
More than a month into the school year, Harry's grades in Defence Against the Dark Arts had improved rapidly—Harry and Professor Lupin got along very well, so Professor Lupin would occasionally give him a little extra tutoring.

Andy thought that perhaps Dumbledore's final goal in arranging for Snape to rescue Peter Pettigrew was to allow Harry to grow up.
