Matthew was now 14 years old and had spent the last four years training tirelessly with John. He had also been using the system simulator to hone his skills and perfect his technique. John had been impressed with Matthew's progress and knew that it was time for him to take the next step.
"Matthew, my boy," John said, "I think it's time for you to test your skills against the best of the best. I've set up a friendly match against one of Nigeria's top league youth teams, the Lagos Lions."
Matthew's heart raced with excitement. He had been waiting for this moment for a long time. "Coach, I'm ready! I won't let you down!"
