Chương 101: The Temple

Ethan took a deep breath, feeling the weight of the dark maze pressing in around him. The enchanted lantern cast a soft, steady light, revealing the moss-covered stone walls and the winding pathways that stretched out before him.

His Soul Sense were on high alert as he began his journey, every sound and shadow scrutinized for potential threats.

He felt many presences, but they were all quite distant. Ethan felt puzzled and looked around; all the monsters seemed to be avoiding the maze.

From the beginning, he had sensed a hum of power emanating from within the place. The hum felt stronger when he was outside than when he was inside.

Not wanting to waste time pondering over it any further, Ethan began walking deeper into the maze.

The maze was silent save for the occasional drip of water and the soft rustling of unseen creatures. Ethan moved with calm face, his steps quick but not in a hurry.
