The battle starts only a few minutes after the first explosion.

Human soldiers came rushing from the hole they just punched on the northern castle walls.

More and more explosions are occurring inside the city, starting from the northern area and making its way to the south.
Flesh and blood are sprayed everywhere. Buildings are turning to ashes by the second. Everything is happening at a rapid rate.
Five thousand human troops had entered the defenseless Velborn, and the defending side had nothing to defend themselves against. They are sitting ducks, at the absolute mercy of their attackers.
And their attackers have spared no mercy.
"Aaahhh!!!! Pleasee!!!!!"
I turned my tired gaze to the left, where a group of human knights are about to rape a group of female ethelens. Their clothes have been ripped, and it is only time until the knights take out their junk.
"Hey."
I called out to them, and the group of knights immediately realized my presence.
"S-Sir Paladin hero--"
"Do your job properly. Go somewhere else."
"Y-Yes sir!!!"
The knights then left the spot immediately, leaving me alone with seven unclothed ethelen females.
I turned my gaze to them, and the smiles on their faces hurt me even deeper.
"T-Thank you… sir--"
BRESSSSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every single one of them lost their heads almost instantly, at an unimaginable speed. Blood sprayed everywhere, completely painting the surrounding ground and walls red.
I just hope… that they left without feeling any pain.
But the moment I look around…
"Noo!!!! Stop!!!"
"Ghaaakk!!! Pleaseee!!!!!!!!"
It is not just seven women.
It is all of them.
All I did was save seven from misery. Just seven.

A voice came behind me, and I slowly turned my gaze that way.
I found a person calmly walking towards me, and I recognized his red hair.
"How are you… sheesh, you didn't hold back on them, huh?"
Jack noticed the scene that was right behind me, and I turned my gaze away. He noticed my mood right now, and he patted me in the shoulder.
"Whether or not you feel like this is the right thing… it does not matter. Because it has happened, and that it cannot be undone."
Jack said coldly at me, and I turned my gaze at him.
"So suck it."
He walked away after that last remark, and I watched him from the back.
Jack is clean. There is not a single bit of blood on his body, and his sword is still sheathed.
He did not… join in on the massacre…
Suck it… huh?
"Ah, can you like, make a large ball of light on the skies? The fire is already dying out around here, and we couldn't really see anything."
Jack said from far away, and I turned my gaze around. It really has become dark, and we might need some light to see.
I lifted my hand, and I poured mana into it.
… Why am I helping…?
The mana is forming into a ball of light, right above my palms. The dense amount of mana made the surroundings shake from the pressure.
Why am I doing this…? How am I supporting this?
With a thought, I fired the ball of light into the skies. It then blew up, creating a large ball of sun right there in the skies of Velborn.
And now, everything is lightened--

What exactly… is happening?
Surrounding my area are a bunch of dead bodies. Either they are in pieces or charred to coal, some of them were even turned into juice.
All of them are just people who were minding their businesses earlier. I probably walked past them sometime during the afternoon.
But now… every single ethelen in this area…
Has been completely massacred.
