Chương 21: Chapter 21

As I strutted through the school gates, my mood was on point, baby. With my own crib waiting for me after this day was done, I felt like I was walking on clouds or something. Nothing could bring me down, not even the sight of that fine, well-built stranger striding down the hall.

Just then, something caught my attention, and with an eye roll, I dragged my fat ass towards the commotion. Two boy-bodied girls were busy hovering over a timid young girl, and I couldn't resist the urge to get involved. I pushed my way through the crowd, shoving those thirsty bitches aside without a care in the world.

"What's going on here?" I asked, my voice dripping with sass as I shielded Wu Ling behind me.

One of the girl-dudes shot me a nasty look, her beady eyes squinting at me. "This is none of your business, fatty," she spat, her upper lip curling in disgust.

I frowned, tilting my head to the side and giving her a once-over. "Mistake number one, girl. Now, what the hell is happening?"

The other one puffed out her chest, trying to look all tough and intimidating. "This bitch is fancying my boyfriend," she growled, her fingers curling into claws.

I scanned her up and down, my lips curling into an amused smirk. "You sure you got a boyfriend and not a girlfriend? 'Cause with that manly body, flat chest, and no ass, I'm thinking no man in his right mind would date your sorry excuse for a woman."

The crowd erupted in laughter, and I could see the girl's face turning beet red with rage. "What's that supposed to mean?" she screeched, her voice reaching a pitch that made my ears ache.

I shrugged, a sly grin spreading across my face. "Well, you know, I'm all for same-sex relationships and all. It's totally fine. But you gotta own it, girl. Don't be out here trying to play straight when you're clearly a walking, talking testosterone factory."

The two girls lunged at me, their fists flying, but I was too quick for them. I dodged their clumsy attacks and landed a few well-placed jabs of my own, sending them stumbling back.

"Is that all you got?" I taunted, my hands on my hips as I surveyed the scene. "I thought you bitches were supposed to be tough. Guess you're all bark and no bite."

That did it. They charged at me again, and this time, it was an all-out brawl. I dodged, weaved, and landed blow after blow, not holding back for a second. These heifers needed to learn their place, and I was more than happy to be the one to teach them.

The fight was so intense that it eventually drew the attention of the school security, who had to pry us apart. We were all dragged to the principal's office, the girls' parents already waiting there.

When we arrived, I plopped down in one of the chairs, glaring defiantly at the girls and their parents. Principal Li looked like he was about to have an aneurysm, his face turning beet red as he tried to restore order.

"What is the meaning of this?" he demanded, his voice booming through the room. "Ms. Song, Ms. Wu, Ms. Zhang, you are all in serious trouble."

The girls' parents immediately started yelling, their shrill voices grating on my nerves. "This delinquent needs to be expelled!" one of the mothers screeched, pointing an accusatory finger in my direction.

I rolled my eyes, leaning back in my chair and crossing my arms over my chest. "Chill, lady. Your little princesses started it."

Principal Li held up a hand, his expression pained. "Ms. Song, please refrain from making the situation worse. Now, I need to hear from all of you what happened."

I launched into a dramatic retelling of the events, making sure to emphasize how those two heifers were bullying Wu Ling. The girls and their parents instantly started protesting, but I just shrugged it off, my sass game on point.

That's when some fine, tall built, strong jawline man walked decided to make an appearance. He strode into the office, his presence commanding the room, and I couldn't help but feel a flutter in my chest. Damn, this guy was fine.

He took in the scene, his brow furrowed in confusion. "What's going on here?" he asked, his gaze sweeping over the room.

I took the opportunity to explain the situation, laying it on thick and making sure to highlight how I was just defending my classmate. He listened intently, his expression unreadable.

The girls' parents instantly started backtracking, their excuses falling flat. I couldn't help but smirk, my arms crossing over my chest as I watched them squirm.

"Principal Li, I understand the situation," he said, his voice calm and measured. "My sister, Wu Ling, was being harassed by these other students, and Ms. Song here stepped in to defend her."

Principal Li's expression shifted, and I could see a hint of respect in his eyes. "I see. Well, Mr. Wu, I appreciate your sister having such a staunch defender."

He nodded, his gaze turning to me. "Ms. Song, I'd like to thank you for looking out for my sister. If you're willing, I'd be honored to buy you lunch as a token of my appreciation."

I blinked in surprise, my heart fluttering at the sight of his handsome features. "Uh, yeah, sure, I mean, I'd love that," I stammered, mentally kicking myself for sounding like a bumbling idiot.

His lips curved into a small smile, and I couldn't help but feel a spark of something between us. "Excellent. We can discuss the details after we've resolved this situation."

He turned to the girls and their parents, his expression hardening. "As for you, I'd advise against pushing for Ms. Song's expulsion. If you do, I'll be withdrawing my sister from this school immediately."

The girls' parents paled, and Principal Li cleared his throat, his voice tense. "I believe that won't be necessary, Mr. Wu. We can handle this matter internally."

Wu Haoyu nodded, his gaze sweeping over the room. "Very well. I trust you'll make the appropriate decision, Principal Li."

With that, he gestured for me to follow him, and I eagerly obliged, my mind racing with a mix of excitement and curiosity.

I nudged Wu Ling, my fellow classmate, who was walking beside me. "Who's that?" I whispered, my gaze still fixed on the handsome stranger.

Wu Ling followed my line of sight, her eyes widening slightly. "That's my brother, Wu Haoyu," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

I blinked in surprise, my mind racing. So this fine specimen was Wu Ling's brother? Well, well, well, this just got a whole lot more interesting.
