Although Traditional Chinese medicine, with its thousands of years of history, is known as the national art of Huaxia, it has been declining with each passing generation, and increasingly, people in Huaxia are finding it unfamiliar.
Traditional Chinese medicine has healed and nourished generations of Huaxia people. During the SARS epidemic, it was thanks to Chinese medicine that there were no deaths in its midst.
Chinese medicine is a national treasure, but while it has fallen on hard times, Western medicine prevails, and there are even Western media outlets that have labeled Chinese medicine as "witchcraft."
What's most important is that even our own people no longer believe in Chinese medicine, thinking that Western medicine is more effective. This is the tragedy of Chinese medicine and of our times.
