After returning to his office, Qin Hai had just made a cup of tea when the phone on his desk rang.
"Hello, who's this?"
"Aiyo, my dear Minister Qin, you are so hard to track down. I've been calling you all day long, and finally, you deign to come to work!"
It was Shen Yue'e's voice.
Qin Hai laughed and said, "I was out all day because of some matters. What's up, Minister Shen? Do you need something from me?"
"Can't I look for you if there's nothing urgent?" Shen Yue'e giggled nonstop on the phone, "I want to invite you for dinner, and of course, if you don't have other plans tonight, I also hope you can continue treating me."
"There's no need for dinner, but I can give you treatment right now—no need to wait until tonight."
Shen Yue'e snorted, saying with a hint of complaint: "I daren't go to your place again. Your place is so busy; I wouldn't want anybody else to see and embarrass me big time!"
