Chương 184: Ritsuka Vs Vikarna

Ritsuka and Vikarna locked eyes, both warriors silently calculating their next moves. In a flash, they lunged at each other with incredible speed. Their blades collided with a powerful clang, sending shockwaves through the air as each strike sent sparks flying. Ritsuka somersaulted backward, his eyes gleaming with intensity.

In an instant, Ritsuka's sword ignited with Amaterasu, the black flames licking the edges of his blade. With a quick burst of Sun Dash, he shot forward, his body leaving afterimages as he Shadow Stepped, teleporting around Vikarna, aiming for swift, precise strikes.

Their swords met again, clashing in a whirlwind of sparks and light as they tested each other's strength and skill. The battlefield trembled as Ritsuka landed on the ground, and with a smirk, he traced intricate runes into the earth beneath his feet.

"Rune Magecraft: Chains," Ritsuka intoned, his voice carrying across the battlefield.

The glowing runes erupted with energy as hundreds of mystical chains shot out from the ground, snaking toward Vikarna, aiming to bind him. Simultaneously, from the depths of Ritsuka's own shadow, his Umbral Summons began to rise.

With a commanding gesture, Ritsuka called out, "Tiger Funeral, arise!"

From the darkness of his shadow emerged a massive figure—Tiger Funeral, the ninth of the Ten Shadows, a menacing black dragon. Its eyes gleamed with dark energy as it stretched its wings, towering above Ritsuka like a creature of pure destruction.

Vikarna's eyes widened for a brief moment, but he composed himself, gripping his sword tighter as he prepared for the onslaught.

Ritsuka smirked, pointing at his opponent. "It's over, Vikarna. You cannot withstand the power of the Ten Shadows."

Tiger Funeral let out a roar, the air thick with tension as both combatants prepared to unleash their full might. The battle was far from over.

Vikarna grinned as his wounds mended, his body rapidly healing from the previous attacks. "I don't think it'll be that easy, Ritsuka."

Ritsuka narrowed his eyes, the weight of the battle growing. He glanced down at his arm as the Crystal that were merge with his flesh, glowing with a divine light. Energy surged through him, and he felt the immense power of the Gems of Angelic activating within.

"Let it be then..." Ritsuka muttered, his voice firm. "Gems of Angelic: Activate!"

As the command rang out, the heavenly elements sparked to life, one by one. Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Lightning, Light, and Darkness swirled around him, each elemental force roaring to be unleashed. The very air vibrated with divine energy as the elements danced around Ritsuka, empowered by the god-like strength he had already harnessed in his God Shift.

Ritsuka watched Vikarna, his mind racing. The constant healing of his opponent was starting to become a significant challenge. "His healing factor… what a pain," Ritsuka thought, grinding his teeth in frustration as Vikarna's body mended itself almost instantly.

But Ritsuka wasn't one to back down.

The elements around him continued to gather, forming a spiraling vortex of raw, celestial power. The flames burned hotter, the water shimmered with deadly potential, and lightning crackled, waiting to strike. The ground beneath them trembled as the earth responded to Ritsuka's control.

"I'll just have to overwhelm him!" Ritsuka resolved, determination burning in his eyes.

Vikarna looked unfazed, despite the heavenly power radiating from Ritsuka. "Come on then, show me what you've got," Vikarna taunted, his confidence unwavering as he braced himself for what was to come.

Ritsuka raised his hand, the elements obeying his will. The next phase of the battle was about to begin, and neither of them intended to hold anything back.

Ritsuka slammed his hand down onto the ground, shadows rippling outward like waves in response to his command. His Mystic Eyes of Death Perception activated, their eerie blue glow intensifying as they locked onto Vikarna, perceiving the very lines of death and destruction that flowed through his body.

As Vikarna noticed the ominous movements, he unleashed a powerful blast, destroying the approaching shadow arms with a single sweeping attack. But before he could celebrate, a low growl echoed through the battlefield. He looked up to see one of Ritsuka's Umbral Summons, the Giant Shadow Dragon Ddrake, towering above him, its dark, massive form exuding an aura of death.

Ddrake's glowing crimson eyes fixated on Vikarna, its jaw opening to reveal rows of sharp teeth. With a deafening roar, the dragon lunged at Vikarna, its claws swiping through the air. Vikarna jumped back, narrowly avoiding the lethal strike as Ddrake's claws tore through the earth where he stood moments earlier.

"You won't get away that easily!" Ritsuka shouted, his voice echoing with power as he raised his sword, now cloaked in Amaterasu's Black Flames.

Vikarna's eyes widened as the colossal dragon launched itself at him again. He dodged with lightning speed, but Ddrake was relentless, chasing him with wild ferocity. Each of its attacks left craters in the ground, the force of the strikes shaking the entire battlefield.

Ritsuka moved with precision, shadow-stepping in and out of existence, closing the distance between him and Vikarna. As Ddrake kept Vikarna occupied, Ritsuka raised his sword and slashed through the air, aiming for Vikarna's weak points—the lines of death his Mystic Eyes had revealed.

Vikarna barely managed to parry, his spear clashing with Ritsuka's blade in a flurry of sparks. But even as he fended off the attack, the Shadow Dragon closed in, its jaws ready to snap him in two.

"You can't fight us both!" Ritsuka yelled, his eyes burning with the resolve to finish the battle.

Vikarna, however, wasn't ready to go down. He summoned more of his divine energy, glowing with an intense aura as he spun his spear, sending a massive shockwave that forced Ddrake back. The dragon roared in defiance but was momentarily repelled.

Ritsuka's grip tightened on his sword. This was far from over, and he knew he'd need to push both his abilities and his summon to the limit to bring Vikarna down.

Ritsuka's heart pounded, the battle escalating into a full-blown clash of titans. His Mystic Eyes still locked onto Vikarna's lines of death, but Vikarna's raw power and relentless assault made it hard to land a decisive blow.

As the shockwave from Vikarna's spear forced Ddrake back, the shadow dragon recovered quickly, letting out another earth-shattering roar. Its massive wings unfurled, and with a single powerful beat, it launched itself back toward Vikarna, the air crackling with dark energy.

Ritsuka, using the opening, called upon his Rune Magecraft, swiftly inscribing Elder Futhark runes in midair with his free hand. "ᛉ — Algiz," he muttered, summoning a powerful defensive barrier around him. The glowing shield of light formed a semi-sphere, blocking incoming projectiles as Vikarna hurled another wave of divine energy his way.

"Ritsuka!" Vikarna shouted over the roaring winds. "You might have a dragon and those cursed eyes, but you'll need more than tricks to bring me down!"

Ritsuka smirked. "Then let's make this interesting."

With a flick of his wrist, he willed the Tiger Funeral, his black dragon, to join the fray alongside Ddrake. The two massive beasts, both formed from his Ten Shadows technique, circled Vikarna like predators closing in on their prey. Tiger Funeral's obsidian scales shimmered as it released a burst of black flames, while Ddrake unleashed a tidal wave of shadows. The two dragons attacked in perfect harmony, their onslaught relentless.

Vikarna gritted his teeth, his spear spinning like a whirlwind as he deflected the attacks, but even he couldn't keep up forever. A blast of shadows grazed his side, and a searing black flame burned along his armor, forcing him to momentarily retreat.

Ritsuka seized the opportunity. "Let's see you handle this!" He raised his hand to the sky, summoning a pillar of light infused with the combined elements from his Gems of the Reborn Angelic—fire, water, earth, air, lightning, light, and darkness. The energy surged through his veins as he brought it crashing down, a celestial storm of destruction aimed directly at Vikarna.

The ground shattered beneath the impact, and Vikarna was forced to shield himself, his divine energy barely holding up against the overwhelming force. He countered by summoning a vortex of wind and lightning, which exploded outward in all directions, tearing apart the battlefield and knocking Ritsuka back.

Ritsuka skidded to a halt, his feet digging into the ground. His breathing was heavy, but he wasn't done. Not yet.

"I've had enough of this toying around!" Vikarna snarled. His eyes glowed with fury, and his wounds began to heal again, his body enveloped in a radiant aura. "It's time to end this, Ritsuka. I'll show you the true power of a Tek God!"

He raised his spear high, and the sky above them darkened. Thunder rumbled as clouds gathered unnaturally fast, swirling like a vortex. Ritsuka's eyes narrowed. He could feel the divine energy radiating from Vikarna—this attack was going to be catastrophic.

Vikarna bellowed as he brought his spear down, sending a massive lightning bolt crashing down from the heavens. It split the air with a deafening crack, striking with the force of a thousand storms. The blast sent shockwaves through the earth, obliterating everything in its path, including Ritsuka's barrier.

For a moment, everything seemed to stop—the battlefield silent except for the distant rumble of thunder. But from the smoke and dust, Ritsuka emerged, his body glowing with the divine power of his God Shift. His armor shimmered with the light of the seven elements, and the black flames of Amaterasu still flickered along his sword.

Ritsuka wiped blood from his lip and smirked. "Not bad... but you'll have to try harder than that to kill me."

He then raised his hand, commanding the remaining shadows around him. "Let's finish this." From his Umbrel Summons, the Final Beast, an enormous figure made of pure shadow, began to rise. Its form was monstrous, towering over both Ddrake and Tiger Funeral. Its eyes glowed an ominous red, and its very presence sent chills through the air.

The Final Beast let out a terrifying roar, its voice shaking the heavens. Vikarna's eyes widened in disbelief as the creature lunged at him, claws outstretched, its entire being radiating death and destruction.

Vikarna had no time to react before the Final Beast was upon him. He parried its first strike, but the sheer force of the blow sent him stumbling back. The second strike hit him square in the chest, sending him crashing into the ground.

Ritsuka appeared in front of him in a blur of motion, his sword ready to deliver the final blow. But Vikarna wasn't done yet.

With a primal scream, Vikarna unleashed all his remaining divine energy, a bright golden light erupting from his body. It was his last stand, a desperate attempt to turn the tide of battle.

The explosion of energy was blinding, forcing Ritsuka to leap back. The Final Beast recoiled, but only for a moment. It roared in defiance and lunged again, this time sinking its massive claws into Vikarna's glowing form.

Vikarna screamed as the Final Beast tore into him, but even in his defeat, he refused to yield. He summoned one last surge of power, his spear glowing with a blinding light as he aimed for Ritsuka's heart.

Time seemed to slow as the spear flew toward Ritsuka, but he was ready. His Mystic Eyes locked onto the spear, tracing its line of death. With a swift motion, he swung his sword, cutting through the very concept of the attack.

The spear shattered into fragments of light, and Vikarna, his body broken and his energy spent, collapsed to the ground.

Ritsuka stood over him, panting but victorious. The battle had been grueling, but he had won.

Ritsuka started to get as then he saw it. "I hate this"

As he Saw Vikaran coming back, as he saw Vikaran body coming back from helping

Vikarna looked at Ritsuka. "Healing Factor is amazing"

Ritsuka looked at Vikarna. "Healing factor is a pain the ass".

Ritsuka clenched his fists in frustration, his teeth gritting as Vikarna's body slowly reformed, the wounds and damage he had inflicted disappearing like they were never there. The healing factor was working at an alarming rate, restoring Vikarna's form from the brink of destruction.

"Damn it," Ritsuka muttered under his breath, his eyes narrowing. "Healing factor or not, you'll stay down this time."

Vikarna chuckled darkly as he fully reformed, his body glowing with divine energy once again. "No matter how many times you tear me apart, I'll keep coming back," Vikarna taunted. "This battle is meaningless. I will never fall."

Ritsuka stared at him, his exhaustion evident, but determination burned in his eyes. "Healing factor might keep you alive, but it's not going to save you from what's coming."

He raised his sword, and the black flames of Amaterasu ignited once again, burning fiercer than ever. With a swift motion, he embedded more runes into the ground, this time far more complex and layered with powerful spells from the Elder Futhark.

"Let's see how well that healing factor works against death itself," Ritsuka said coldly, his Mystic Eyes of Death Perception glowing brighter, focusing on Vikarna's lines of death.

Vikarna grinned, his confidence unshaken. "You can't destroy what keeps coming back, Fujimaru. But try. It'll only make this more fun."

Without another word, Vikarna charged forward, his spear glowing with divine energy. The winds howled as he closed the distance, but Ritsuka wasn't standing idle. He activated his Umbrel Summons, and Ddrake once again emerged from the shadows, its monstrous roar shaking the ground beneath them. Tiger Funeral followed, the two shadow dragons flanking Ritsuka as they moved to intercept Vikarna.

The battlefield erupted into chaos as the dragons clashed with Vikarna's attacks, their shadows swirling and colliding with his divine energy. Ritsuka seized the opportunity, teleporting behind Vikarna using his Shadow Step.

"Rune Magecraft—Permafrost!" Ritsuka slammed his hand into the ground, activating the runes he had prepared earlier. The earth beneath Vikarna's feet froze instantly, layers of ice forming a cage around him. The temperature dropped drastically, turning the battlefield into a frozen wasteland.

Vikarna growled as he struggled against the icy prison, his healing factor fighting to keep up with the damage, but the cold was relentless. Ritsuka didn't stop there—he infused the ice with Amaterasu, black flames weaving into the frozen structure, burning with a heat that even Vikarna's divine aura couldn't easily repel.

Ritsuka raised his hand, summoning one more of his Umbrel Summons—the Final Beast once again emerged, its presence suffocating, towering over the battlefield. "This is the end, Vikarna. No more coming back from this."

The Final Beast lunged at Vikarna, claws outstretched, while Ddrake and Tiger Funeral circled overhead, ready to strike at any moment. Vikarna roared in defiance, but Ritsuka's onslaught was unrelenting. The combined force of shadow, fire, ice, and death closed in on Vikarna, overwhelming him.

Vikarna's healing factor struggled to keep up, but as the Final Beast struck, tearing into him with its monstrous claws, even his divine powers couldn't stop the inevitable.

For the first time in the battle, Vikarna's confident grin faltered.

Ritsuka watched as the Final Beast tore through Vikarna, his body unraveling under the sheer force of the attack. "This... this can't be..." Vikarna muttered, his voice fading as his form disintegrated.

Ritsuka exhaled, his body still tense, ready for another round—but this time, Vikarna wasn't coming back. The healing factor had met its match.

"Finally..." Ritsuka muttered, lowering his sword.

Ritsuka then started to walk. "I gotta get to mash"

Ritsuka turned of his God shift, as he was ready to go he was stabbed as he saw a sword through his Mystic coded to his heart, and into him, as he saw Vikaran.

Vikarna looked tired and almost died. "Good Bye Ritsuka".
