Since Oliver had the intruders in his hands, he decided that he would do the best he could to get them.

Subconsciously, Ezra had come to accept Oliver, especially after Oliver saved him. Just like Leo, he saw Oliver as someone worth respect, and so he would respect him.

Compared to the Ezra that came to this world, he was a new person. He wasn't completely black like before when he saw everyone as enemies.

That being said, his paranoia was still off the charts, and his refusal to bow to anyone was still as strong as ever.

Ezra made the twenty shadows close and had them dress in different ways to disguise them. Then he sent all of them off to search the town for the three figures.

He also asked some clones to hide close to the house of the person that held the pendant. The man didn't know it, but great trouble was coming his way fast.
