"So he is the one that will craft the spells I make?" Ezra asked.
"Exactly, though he lacks actual experience due to the fact that he just graduated from being an apprentice," Wilbur said.
"I don't really care about that, as long as he can do it. So tell me now, what's my percentage?" Ezra asked.
"Well, normally it would be fifty-fifty after the spell has been sold, but Michael has agreed to take forty and leave you with sixty, as a matter of good measure," Wilbur said.
"I see. Well, let me see the contract." Ezra asked for the contract, and Wilbur handed it to him.
He read through the details quickly. The time limit for the contract was a year, and everything else checked out.
Still, Ezra scanned it carefully for loopholes that could cause him issues. When he was certain that it was safe, he took the quill, signed the contract, and handed it to Wilbur.
"We are going off for the holidays. What will we do about that?" Ezra asked.
