Neither the goat-headed demon nor Caesar applauded; instead, they cautiously eyed each other.
"Protoss, I fancy using your skull as a bowl!" the sheep-headed demon taunted, wielding the death sickle as a surge of dark energy arched toward Caesar in a crescent shape.
"Keep dreaming, Demon scum. Your threats are as empty as your soul. I'll crush you beneath my boot before you even get the chance to lay a finger on me. Your skull will make a fine trophy for my collection once I'm done with you." Caesar retorted, swinging his great sword infused with the divine power of the sun, countering with a golden sword energy against the crescent moon.
The clash of light and darkness resounded with a thunderous noise, signaling just the beginning of their confrontation.
The demon swiftly darted, almost teleporting, leaving numerous afterimages as he encircled Caesar, his death scythe unleashing a barrage of black crescent moons, shrouding the sky in darkness in an attempt to engulf Caesar.
Yet Caesar stood firm, his sword dancing with golden afterimages, creating a barrier that repelled the encroaching darkness.
Demons and gods, light battling against darkness.
Their relentless clash of energies caused an earth-shattering collision, sending shockwaves rippling out from the arena, toppling countless spectators in an instant.
The crowd rose to their feet, witnessing what seemed like a battle among gods.
Amidst the chaos, applause erupted, drowning out the noise of destruction.
"The birth of a new champion!" The Scarface Fighter muttered with disbelief, his eyes wide as he watched the spectacle unfold.
"Sun God, don't falter! I've bet a fortune on you!" he exclaimed, his hope pinned on Caesar.
Valina watched nervously, her eyes fixed on Caesar. She had never seen the sheep-headed demon display such formidable strength in any previous encounters.
Meanwhile, the Grandmaster remained unfazed, his demeanor unchanged even as the immense shockwave swept past, leaving his hairstyle undisturbed.
The energy shock keeps raging, seeming like it won't cease anytime soon.
But Caesar's not keen on prolonging this any further; he could keep up with this energy all day if need be! The sooner they end this battle, the sooner they can get out of here. Caesar intensified his attack.
The Demon unleashed a dozen of his shadow clones. Amidst the flurry of strikes it was tough for Caesar to decipher the Demon's real body.
"Let see how long you can hide bastard!"
Caesar's heart brimmed with determination as he unleashed the divine power coursing through him, drawing upon the might of the sun. With himself at the epicenter, he released a torrent of energy, forming a colossal ring.
"Let darkness fade! Behold the Sun's Fury!"
The divine power surged, radiating blinding light, yet it wasn't just a mere shockwave. All that energy coalesced within the ring, magnifying its potency.
The myriad illusions of the sheep-headed demon shattered instantly, leaving only its true form battered by the sun's ring.
Kneeling, the demon spat a mouthful of dark blood, which upon hitting the ground, emitted an intense heat, unsettling the arena floor.
Glancing at the arena's magic circle, the demon muttered, "Had it not been for this arena, your strike wouldn't have grazed me!"
The arena's confines allowed for energy shocks to pass through, heightening the thrill for the spectators.
But within the arena, escape was futile unless one's strength rivaled the master's.
Caesar remained silent. This was a fight to the bitter end, not a mere sparring session. He pressed on, unleashing the Sun's Rays, intent on killing the demon.
Grinning, the demon stirred dark energy, flapping its wings to evade the gathering energy.
Caesar persisted leaving behind trails of scorched earth, yet the agile demon always managed to evade his strikes.
Once more, he summoned the sun's power, though his reserves were far from replenished.
Despite forcing the activation, it proved futile in inflicting further harm upon the demon.
"Even if I'm injured, this level of power can't kill me! How could this mere temperature hurt this demon body that can survive in hell!"
The environment of hell is brutal, with scorching temperatures and toxic fog being commonplace.
The sheep-headed demon taunted as he dodged, his injuries gradually healing under the dark energy's warmth, his speed picking up.
Caesar frowned, resolving himself.
A surge of remaining solar power erupted within him, but it had no effect. Instead, it enveloped Caesar entirely, casting his body in a radiant golden hue.
"Well let's see how durable a devil's body really is?" Caesar's eyes gleamed gold as he focused on the goat-headed demon.
Empowered by divine energy, Caesar's strength and speed surged within a short span.
The sheep-headed demon, still recovering from injuries, found himself temporarily outmatched in speed by the explosion of Caesar's divine power.
Golden light flashed as Caesar relentlessly struck, the sheep-headed demon resembling a punching bag, black blood spilling from his mouth.
"It's futile! You can't kill me; my demon body won't perish so easily! When your energy burst subsides, we'll clash again!" Despite his struggles, the sheep-headed demon remained defiant as the golden aura surrounding Caesar began to wane.
He was correct; with Caesar's current strength, dispatching demons swiftly proved challenging. Neither the Protoss nor the demons were easy adversaries.
A glint of determination flashed in Caesar's eyes as he silently resolved, "It can only be done this way!"
