A void instantly tore in the darkness, right behind Avira. A singularity of pure shadow energy that instantly began to suck everything into its void. It was going to send Avira to Shadowhold — Obsidian's prison.
The fear in Avira's eyes was clear and she instantly performed a defense Hand Seal. [Pitch Black Fence] was activated and a giant thick wall made out of Umbrage arose, blocking the void and its pulling force.
Feeling relief, she turned to Obsidian. He smirked. "Clever."
"You were taking me to Shadowhold!" she cried accusingly.
"Do you not approve?" he asked softly. "If you don't mind being locked in one prison, I reckon you wouldn't mind being locked in another."
Avira grunted. "You are nothing like the God I believed you to be. The whispers were right all along."
Obsidian sighed nonchalantly. "Never meet your heroes, they do say."
I got too frustrated with the bold texts for Obsidian's voice so I've stopped using it. But if you need it to decipher which dialogue belongs to Obsidian, or you just liked the aesthetic of it, do well to comment. I'll get it back on.
