After getting the first badge, it was already late so Evan decided to head back home for now, and continue his journey to next city tomorrow.
Late in the morning
"Oh no, I missed the boat" Evan realized that he woke up late and decided to take the evening boat to the next city.
Sigh*"I might as well rest whole day today" Evan was talking to himself.
After sleeping back for 3 hours,Evan took shower put on his clothes and decided to travel to his next destination.
Just when Evan headed out of the house Evan saw his father with a young boy around 7-8 years old, he was wearing a glass.
Looking at the young boy, Evan felt familiar but couldn't remember where he saw him.
"Um hi dad, I'm taking the next boat and heading to the next city, By the way who is he? ", Evan asked looking at the young boy.
Joseph Stone smiled " He is a young friend I made today, his name is Max"
After hearing his name Evan realized he was on of the protagonist of Generation 3 younger brother of May.
"Hello, I'm Max and I am from Petalburg city", Max introduced himself.
" Yes, Nice to meet you I'm Evan Stone and I live here at Rustboro city, I hope my father didn't gave you trouble "
"No no,jn fact he helped me alot"
"I see, so are you alone? "
"No, I have my traveling companions"
"That's great"
Then suddenly a loud voice calling for Max could be heard and they finally noticed us.
"Max, where were you" May asked Max with a worried face.
"Max was with us " Evan replied and introduced himself "Hello I'm Steven Stone and he is my father".
Joseph Stone continued, " You must be his sister, you can call me Mr. Stone ".
" Yes, hello I'm May, Max's elder sister"
"Hi, I'm Ash and I come from pallet town"
"Hello, I'm Brock"
After greetings and introductions a boat alarmed could be heard.
"Oh Dad I have to go, the boat for Dewford town is alarming"
"Alright have a safe trip and say hello to Steven"
"Alright Dad"
Ash suddenly joined the conversation "Evan, are you also heading to Dewford town?".
" Yes I am heading to Dewford town for my second gym battle", Evan responded.
"What a coincidence, we were also leaving for Dewford town", Brock replied.
" Then let's go together, please take care of me", Evan respondedresponded with a smile.
Departing from the port of Rustboro city, Evan, Ash, May, Max and Brock were heading towards Dewford town.
Under the blue sky, Evan and others were leaning on the deck basking in the sun.
"Blue sky, white coulds and calm sea", Brock couldn't help but stretch.
" The sea breeze makes me so comfortable ", May and Max lay on the side of the Boat, enjoying the wind comfortably.
"The mood of the sea is uncertain, Today we just caught up with the good mood of the sea", Evan said with a smile laying on the deck.
"The sea is really in a good mood today", the old man driving the boat said with a smile.
Seeing the good weather of the sea everyone decided to release their pokemons.
" Torchic, Wurmple, come out and play it's rare to travel boat so come and enjoy", May suggested with a smile.
"That's right come out Foretress" Brock released his Pokemon.
"Come out and play too Taillow and Treecko" Ash also release his Pokemon.
Evan also decided to join the fun, "come out every one", A huge Salamence,a cute Sylveon, and a beautiful milotic appeared.
Everyone was astonished.
Max asked with admiration" Evan are they all your Pokemons".
"Yes, Salamence is my first pokemon, he was a cute tiny Bagon before I enrolled in an academy. And this Sylveon is the world's first Sylveon whom I met as an Eevee after I published the thesis on eevee evolution.And this Feebas is a gift from brother Wallace"
May and Max asked with a surprise, "whaa-!, Evan You know Champion Wallace".
Then Brock joined the conversation, " First ever Sylveon does that mean you are the youngest reseacher to publish eevee evolutions and Fairy type attribute ".
Ash on the other look at me with a 'no clue' facial expression.
"Yes let me introduce myself again, I'm Evan Stone, the youngest Researcher, the youngest Breeder, and on a journey to become the greatest Pokemon trainer and a top coordinator. As for how I know brother Wallace, my elder brother Steven Stone and Wallace are childhood friends, so they took care of me when I was young until I was 4".
"Wow you are so amazing"×3
" Haha, thank you but I'd prefer if you call me Evan comfortably because the titles are troublesome, please take care of me"
"Evan have you got a ribbon", May asked.
" I'm sorry but I just started my journey from yesterday, so I don't have a ribbon yet", Evan replied politely.
"Can i get an autograph" Brock asks with an eyes filled with stars "I want to become a Pokemon Breeder and you are my idol".
It was an awkward situation but Evan signed it for Brock.
" Then let's continue enjoying the sea", Evan said to change the topic from himself.
"Everyone should have a good rest before arriving at the Dewford island", Ash said to the pokemons around him.
On the deck of the boat Pokemons are enjoying the sea breeze comfortably.
And May's wurmple was like a Snorlax it ate a whole can of Pokemon food in one go, then it slept immediately.
Treecko is leaning against the side of the boat, holding a toothpick in his mouth, with an expression as lonely as snow.
Taillow is flying low above the sea feeling the water current with its wings.
Milotic is swimming happily under the sea, as for salamence it is also enjoying the sea breeze flying above the sea, and Sylveon as usual is laying beside Evan.
"Hmm! The weather is so comfortable", May looked at the sea and couldn't help but sigh, "I really want to go for a swim".
" I know a good place to do a sun bathing,let take you to the place I mentioned", old man who was driving suddenly joined the conversation.
After arriving at the place the old man mentioned May got into a cabin and came out running wearing a small polka dot suspender swimsuit.
"Eh sister when did you get this fancy swimsuit" Max asked in disbelief.
"Hehe, I bought it in Rustboro city, "May turn around happily, " I'm going for a swim first".
"No I want to play too", seeing his sister Max took off his clothes and jump into the water with his shorts on.
Evan and three of them looked at each other in confusion seeing the energetic siblings.
Suddenly a loud scream could be heard.
Evan, Ash and Brock turned around and looked.
A group of Sharpedo surrounding the siblings could be found.
"That's a sharpedo, why is there a group of Sharpedo here" Old man was startled.
"Salamence, help May and Max get back to the boat", as the only Pokemon who could fly among the pokemon Evan asked for Salamence.
But even though the two of them left the sea, the group of Sharpedo was unwilling and began to jump back and forth.
" Salamence, Milotic teach them a lesson" Evan shouted.
"Roaarrr~" "Mmmm~"
Salamence and Milotic both used Dragon tail completely supressing the group of Sharpedos.
"Whooo~we're saved" Everyone breathe a sigh of relief.
After the situation, Evan and his companions safely arrived at Dewford town.
Evan and his companions went to the Pokemon center to rest for the night and challenge the gym tomorrow.
