Chương 51: Vacation

Daphne felt stupid to have trusted Kian. She had lost so much because of him. 'To think that I gave a guy like him a chance.' Daphne thought. She promised herself that she wasn't going to give Kian a chance again. But her promise wasn't solid, Daphne didn't know why she couldn't be solid with her decision, she quit her job because of him and she no longer had any plans for revenge, Daphne felt like that was enough reason to despise Kian, yet she couldn't bring herself to do it. Daphne had been checking her phone continuously to see if Kian contacted her. She wanted an apology from him. But there was nothing. Daphne had thought of ways that he could apologize to her even though she told him that she didn't want to see him again. To her, Kian could always send an apology text, but he didn't.

'he doesn't care about me.' Daphne thought. She stared at her phone screen, there was no call and no text message from Kian. 'He is never going to apologize to me. He's not sorry.'
