Chương 107: Chapter 106 Uchiha
Konoha.
The village which was in a state of a restlessness due to the upcoming jonin vote of confidence was bombarded with a news which only worked as adding fuel to the fire, the excitement reaching its peak.
"He's back!"
"The Blue Storm of Leaf, Kazuki Aoyama!"
Everywhere the latest news was being discussed, the man who had not been seen for three years had finally returned and he had returned at quite a time, just when the next hokage was about to be elected.

"You stayed three years outside the village; If it helped lessen the pain that danzo inflicted, even one bit then it is worth it"
Said Sarutobi face to face to Kazuki standing before him, in his eyes clear remorse and guilt for his past actions.
At his words Kazuki shook his head a little and bringing a smile on his face, spoke up.
"Whatever happened in the past it stays in the past lord third; worrying over what happened won't change anything but what we can do is prevent such tragedies to happen again"
"So I want you to recommend me to the daimyo as a hokage candidate as well; I believe I have done enough to earn that"
Kazuki was pretty straightforward and after talking a little about the past, went straight to the reason which propelled him to come to the hokage office in the first place.
At his words Sarutobi couldn't help but show a surprise look, like many others he had also viewed Kazuki as a person who didn't like leading or being in the limelight.
"Of course! if you don't deserve to be nominated for the jonin vote then no one else even come close, I'll send a letter of recommendation to the daimyo right away"
Assured Sarutobi while looking at Kazuki with a new light in his eyes as after three years Kazuki seems to have changed a lot; no longer as cold and withdrawn like before.

The current kazuki whose eyes revealed a sense of purpose matched the tobirama of the past even more, Sarutobi couldn't help but comment on this change inwardly.

Stepping out of the hokage building Kazuki didn't take the route that led towards the senju district located at the heart of the village but walked towards the outskirts of the village.
Soon Kazuki arrived outside a living community located at the outskirts of the village, completely separated from the village with a huge prison built next to it.

The walls of this community had the emblem of the famous uchiha clan carved on it, Kazuki walking up to the entrance as the two uchiha guards standing at the entrance couldn't help but reveal of look of surprise after seeing.
Nearly everyone in the village and even in the world was aware of how Kazuki looked and despite not seen for three years, his face didn't change much so it was pretty easy to recognize him.
"Please guide me to Chief Fukashi's residence"
"Of course, please follow us!"
Walking up to the guards Kazuki went straight to the business as the shocked guards at his words came back to the senses and hurriedly welcomed him in.
"Lord Kazuki!!"
While being led by the uchiha guards, Kazuki on the way was greeted by anyone who saw him with respect and awe, Kazuki gently nodding back in response.
While a lot which was revealed through danzo's memories was kept hidden still Fukashi after returning had revealed how Danzo had killed Kagami Uchiha.
Kazuki who put Danzo hated by most of the uchiha to the death as a result had his reputation among them taking a huge leap.
Soon Kazuki arrived outside a particularly big wooden house with a huge yard and at the entrance Fukashi already stood waiting for him, next to him a man who seemed to have just entered his twenties.
After formal greetings, Kazuki was respectfully led inside and brought to a tatami room by Fukashi and his son Fugaku, cups of steaming green tea placed before them quickly.
"If it doesn't affect your clan's secrecy policy then I would like to know who are the uchiha supporting in the upcoming jonin vote of confidence, Chief Fukashi."
Kazuki didn't beat around the bush and after taking a sip, went straight to the business.
At his words Fukashi and Fugaku gave each other a surprised look and in an instant just between a glance they seem to have discussed so much, the formers eyes gleaming and his lips parting.
"White Fang and Princess Tsunade are clearly the most popular candidates but whoever wins truly doesn't make a difference to the uchiha"
"I mean we don't see any huge change the way the village would be led if any of these two become hokage as both will hardly have any decision power and will be affected by lord third and elders"
"Still we can't withdraw from voting as that will affect the uchiha relation with the village even more so we were planning to vote for princess Tsunade loved by most of the villagers"
Fukashi was surprisingly direct with Kazuki as without hiding anything he revealed uchiha's strategy for the upcoming jonin vote, Kazuki intently listening to everything.
"But I guess we might have to reconsider our decision as there seems to be another option now" Fugaku next to Fukashi spoke up this time while giving Kazuki a look who smiled a little feeling the gaze over him.
Kazuki coming all the way to meet them and talking about the jonin vote of confidence, it wasn't difficult for both of them to figure out his intentions.
"Yes, I'm planning to run for the hokage as well and for that I require your clan's help Chief Fukashi"
Said Kazuki his intentions directly as there was a momentary silence in the tatami room, eventually broken by Fukashi with a serious look on his face.
"Looking at the all the current candidates clearly you are the best choice for the uchiha, Kazuki-Kun, but still I would like to know of your plans after becoming hokage" Asked Fukashi eyeing Kazuki, waiting for his response eagerly.
"The leaf police force won't solely be for uchiha under my reign anymore and all the clans will share the burden equally; this way uchiha won't have to bear all the hate anymore and will help build a better relationship between them and the villagers"
"I'll also allow the uchiha to enter the anbu black ops, putting an end to all the prejudices against them"
Put forward Kazuki his chips but immediately shaking his head Fukashi responded.
"The third hokage and the elders won't let you do that; they wouldn't let their own clans be the object of hate and would just want us to keeping bearing the hate" Put forward Fukashi his concern as while the offer of kazuki was good but it wasn't practical.
The leaf police force was a department that handled all the crime in the village and a result had shaped the uchiha as an object of fear and hate for the villagers over time; there might be few in the village who didn't hate uchiha but not a single one who didn't fear them.
Several times the uchiha has put forward the request of allowing the other clans to share this burden with them but got rejected everytime and they continued to be hated.
