Chương 35: Old Blacksmith Aragon

Master Aaron looks serious, but he is a very cool guy.

Although, because of the limited time during their journey, he could not teach him much, from the look of it, he feels that he is not a rigid person who only likes to follow the same method.

But he is more of a diverse kind of person who, even after becoming this strong, still wanted to try more and learn new things in his training.

So also because of this, he did not know why we came here or what we were going to do.

And who was the person he mentioned outside that he came here to meet?

"Let's go and meet my friend."

Master Aaron pulled Apollo, who was still submerged in his thoughts.

They walked the crystal-clear ice roads that were showing their reflections on it as the beautiful crystal lamp posts almost on every corner of the roads were making the whole place shine brightly.

Apollo looked around and saw numerous stores, shops, restaurants, and even many brothels that were filled with various kinds of beauties.

The more he looked, the more he felt surprised by the bustling city of Frostheld. He could not have believed that in a wasteland covered with frost and ice, there would be such a place filled with people from all over the world.

They walked for around fifteen minutes before they stopped. Master Aaron stopped in front of an old, broken store that seemed a little different from other stores that were filled with customers, as it was empty and devoid of a single person.

But he didn't feel disappointed, as some from Earth who read a sh*t ton of novels and manga knew that because of their shitty, tsundere personalities, strong masters live alone like that.

He believed the master's friend was also that kind of person. An ordinary person cannot easily open a store in Frostheld City.

"Aragon, you fool, what are you doing that still after a decade there is no one willing to do business with you?"

Master Aaron, without wasting time, entered the shop and remarked with some words of sarcasm.

To which a grumbling voice replied from within the shop.

"Look like, after you became famous, you started to talk too much shit."

"Haha, I was just checking if you are alive or not seeing the same deserted shop of yours."

"Hmm, you and your cheeky mouth."

From within the dark, empty shop, a short, five-foot-tall old man with a white beard wearing heavy furry winter clothes and a big hammer bigger than his size came out.

Apollo looked at the short old man with interest. Seeing the old man's height, he already had an idea of who this person was.

"A Dwarve."

The old man seems to have heard Apollo's words and roared angrily at him.

"Dwarve! You are a dwarve! Your father is a dwarve! Your entire family is dwarves!"

The sudden angry roar surprised him, as he wasn't expecting such a reaction from the old man. The roar was so loud that his eardrums almost exploded.

"Haha, old man, calm down; it's not my apprentice's fault."

"Who made you look like a dwarve?"

"Shut up, and just tell me why you are here."

The short old man grumbled as he quickly asked, feeling a bit irritated hearing Master Aaron's words.

"Naturally for the only thing you're good at, a custom-made weapon for my apprentice."

"Now that you mentioned you took an apprentice."

"Yes, come here and say hello to the somewhat capable old blacksmith, Aragon."

"And for your information, he is not a dwarven, even though he looks like one."

Master Aaron quickly introduced Apollo to the old man, who looked at him carefully, trying to figure out what was special about him.

Old man Aragon came closer to Apollo, looked him from up to down, and touched his shoulder and bones, feeling surprised.

"Oh, interesting."

"Kid, you have such a strong body and bones at such a young age; you are something."

Although the old man Aragon didn't show much emotion on his face internally, he was roaring.

'How the hell does this kid, who according to bone seems twelve or thirteen, have such a strong, sturdy body?'

'Was he the offspring of a dragon or bathed in the blood of demons since childhood? Otherwise, how is it possible to have such a perfect body?'

Old man Aragon couldn't believe what he was seeing and cursed internally, looking at the proud face of Aaron, who was looking at him with a proud, smiling, cocky face.

'Hehe, see, this is my talented apprentice that you will never find.'

"Hmm..."

He controlled his anger, calmed down, looked at Apollo, and asked," What kind of sword do you want, kid?"

"Same as your master or something else."

"Think carefully. choice of weapon is very important, kid."

"You can look around the shop and take a look at the swords here."

Master Aaron, standing beside him, also nodded, indicating that he should think carefully before selecting it.

Apollo quickly followed the old man, Aragon, who took him to the secret workshop behind his store, which was surprisingly colder than outside. The furnace, weirdly, instead of emitting heat, was giving chilling cold energy.

He then looked around, as this place was filled with various kinds of weapons, not just swords.

Every weapon was releasing a powerful aura, and even before touching a single weapon, he could be sure that every weapon here was of superior quality.

A few weapons caught his attention and gave him a mysterious feeling. And they might be those transcendent weapons that his grandpa told him about before.

He was surprised to see so many extraordinary weapons lying here without much care. Which confirmed his thought that the old man was a powerful expert.
