Chương 120: Chapter 120 : Fight In Forest 2
The night was silent, with only the occasional rustle of leaves in the forest as Yuta tracked Hanami, who was carrying the injured Jogo, nothing more than his head at this point.
The darkness did little to obscure Yuta's with his good sensing and Sharigan helped him along the way, this might be the only fight where Yuta wasn't that worried about losing HT that much, becuase soon it was about to renew and he still had enough in the tank.
Finally, he caught up to them. He saw Hanami who had strange plant roots protruding out instead of eyes, and one hand wrapped with cloth. On the other, he was holding Jogo's severed head.
Hanami, sensing Yuta's presence finally as he heard the moment around him, stopped. He still was able to sense any curse energy around him so he wasn't sure what he was dealing with.
"You sure run fast." Yuta then dropped from the sky in front of Hanami with a bang and said as blue lightning was cracking around him.
And eyes were red, indicating that he was using Sharingan all the time right now. Again only a few times did he have the luxury to use HT without worry. And today was that day.
Hanami was confused, he didn't sense any curse energy from the human in front of him even after being so close to him. He can't say that this human was not a Jujutsu Sorcerer either considering how the blue light and lightning were emanating around him. Making him both vigilant and confused.
So to understand whether the human was really any threat to him, he used his plant-based ability to manipulate plants around him to move their roots to attack Yuta.
Yuta seeing the spirit suddenly manipulating the trees around him was stunned.
'Dude I just got Madara's power and now I even have a cheap version of Hashirama. Are you kidding me?'
The attack from Hanami was just a test so it hardly had enough power, Yuta easily dodged the attack.
'Tempest kick'
When upon seeing more roots coming towards him, he jumped fight and used a tempest kick, cutting those roots as a powerful pressurized blade of wind was generated from his kick, cutting everything in their path.
Hanami gently set Jogo down and turned to face Yuta. Seeing this much was enough to realise that Yuta was no ordinary human, it still confused him as to why he couldn't sense curse energy around him but it didn't matter in the end. If he wanted to get out of there and take Jogo with him, he needed to take down the human in front of him first.
"You're persistent," Hanami said, their voice calm but firm. "I don't know how you are hiding your curse energy sorcerer but you shouldn't have targeted me right in a forest. This is my territory." Hanami said as it felt like the forest itself came to life as strange sounds came from it, like agreeing with him.
Yuta didn't reply. He simply smirked, his body surging with energy. The air crackled around him as he prepared for the fight. He knew that if he opened his mouth right now he surely gonna shout.
'HASHIRAMA'
I mean how can he stop himself at this point?
Hanami's vines began to move, slithering across the ground like serpents.
The battle began with a sudden burst of movement. Yuta dashed forward, aiming a powerful punch at Hanami, with Soru he all but vanished from his place, using OFA at 40% was enough to even put someone like Sukun helpless so though the current Hanami was stronger than only 5% power Sukuna, but still Yuta won't be that much behind. And Sukuna also makes things up with his broken curse technique.
Seeing how fast was Yuta, was a shock to Hanami. It wasn't much different to him than Boogie Woogie, Yuta almost appeared in front of Hanami point blank.
Well almost.
The curse spirit blocked it with a thick vine, the force of the impact sending shockwaves through the forest. Hanami was sent back with just his force alone but he balanced himself even after getting staggered and countered with a flurry of vines, trying to ensnare Yuta.
With Sharingan, his dynamic vision was improved to the degree that he saw all the attacks coming at him and with excellent guidance from Spider sense he dodged all of them.
Yuta dodged and weaved through the vines, his speed and agility making it difficult for Hanami to land a hit. How fast could vines be anyway?
'Soru' Yuta suddenly vanished again. Making Hanami stunned.
He appeared in front of him and delivered an OFA 40 infuse punch right at Hanami's Torso. Sending him flying back by this attack. This attack was even stronger than what Yuji was able to deliver with his black flash.
Hanami staggers and winces in pain but still uses vines to stop himself and then parry another attack coming at him.
With a burst of energy, Yuta leapt into the air and brought his fist down in a powerful smash. It was getting harder for him to move in land as Vines at this point were everywhere.
Hanami dodged at the last moment and an attack from high up wasn't fast enough to actually land, though Yuta wasn't actually aiming for that anyway, the ground where Yuta's fist landed erupted in a shower of dirt and debris, almost eradicating all the vines around the place.
Hanami seeing this pursed his lips as he now knew that he needed to give more of his power in this fight, this was no normal sorcerer so he summoned a massive tree from the ground, its branches swinging toward Yuta with deadly force. Yuta dodged and sliced through the branches with his fists, his movements a blur.
'If only I had gotten something like Amateratsu, would have been really useful just right now.' Yuta pondered as he thought about using his other powers as well. Otherwise, what is the point of fighting here with this plant besides the reward from the system?
'Let's start with that passive power.' Yuta thought as his Sharingan spun and morphed into the Mangekyo state.'
"EMS BUFF"
Suddenly he felt his body swell slightly as his muscles grew in size. And then the OFA which had active automatically was turned from 40% to 50%.
Feeling the power in his body grow he he breathed with amazement. Earlier he wasn't actually able to use this as he didn't move at all, no thanks to the place he checked this power but now he can fully experience this.
'This is the best power buff so far. It costs exactly like a normal Sharingan and by just increasing the efficiency he was stronger. I rather use this over King's Engine if all I need is a small boost in power.
And due to this power being an ability from Sharingan. Maybe by using more HT, I can improve this. Maybe ?'
He charged at Hanami again, this time even Hanami wasn't able to trace his movements. He could only passively defend himself as a devastrating punch was delivered to is head, thankfully he defended in time but still, he was thrown back.
The two clashed repeatedly, the forest around them becoming a battlefield of broken trees and churned earth.
Hanami's vines lashed out like whips, each strike powerful enough to break bones. Well not Yuta's bones as none of the attacks ever hit, Yuta dodged and countered all of them with punches and kicks, each hit infused with One For All's power.
He has to say that the combination of both Sharingan and Spider-sense was insane.
Hanami gritted his teeth, he didn't want to waste time here, he put his single hand down in the ground, and suddenly a garden of flower petals, each one razor-sharp and deadly grew.
The petals swirled around Yuta, cutting into his skin. Yuta gritted his teeth and activated his reverse curse technique, healing his wounds as quickly as they appeared.
"Is that one of those bleach techniques? Man, this guy is getting more troublesome suddenly." Yuta almost muttered under his breath as he knocked his fist back and shouted.
"Smash."
This created an enormous amount of air pressure, making all those petals scattered away.
*get it, scattered away?
He then used a burst of speed to close the distance between them, landing a powerful kick that sent Hanami crashing into a tree. Hanami quickly recovered, vines snaking toward Yuta once more.
Yuta grabbed one of the vines and used it to swing himself toward Hanami, delivering a devastating punch to their midsection.
"Sah, Human. You...you push me to do this." Hanami grit his teeth as he coughs a little blood which to Yuta's surprise is red and like any human blood.
'Strange.'
But what was really strange was that after that Hanami removed the cloth which was covering his left hand. Revealing his pitch-black left hand which was a beautiful big flower blooming at his shoulder
'Hmm, I this is some sort of power up.'
"I didn't want to do this. But you push me human." Hanami shouted as he put his hand to the ground and then suddenly his to Yuta's amazement the surrounding trees...
No, not just some trees but the entire forest started to wither away as Yuta felt that Hanami's power growing.
'He absorbs their power. Turn their life energy into curse energy.
Damn, isn't that like Sage mode. How much this guy stole from Hashirama ?'
"Ah, seems like I wasted too much time testing out powers." Yuta purses his lips. He wasn't worried even right now.
At best, he can run but it won't come to that. Hanami here apparently has no domain other than he would have used it by now. Yuta was always on his guard to dodge back just in case that was the case.
"Seems like I have to take this fight seriously now," Yuta muttered as a little smile appeared on his face. It's been so long since he really went all out.
"If only I could get my hands on some alcohol. But this place is even worse than MHA when it comes to minors drinking laws," he complained internally.
He tried really hard but no matter where he went, no one would give him a drink. At one point he was even pondering to break in and steal some or just outright use his Sharingan to acquire some.
And after seeing this, he knew that he should have.
Yuta watched as his opponents were stronger than before and prepared for battle, his expression serious.
On one side he evaded a weak attack from plants and on the other side, he defended himself somehow from a much more powerful plant base attack from Hanami.
But then, to Hanami's surprise, Yuta smiled. It was a smile that held no fear, only confidence and resolve.
"Great, I was looking for a good fighting for some time. You gave me just the right motivation to make my heart race. Hahahaa" Yuta laughed.
He crouched low, his fist touching the ground while the other hand was on his knees. A very iconic position for any One Piece fan.
Suddenly a sound spread around the entire forest. Making a chill creep up to Hanami who were the closest to this sound.
The calm forest was broken. As a rythemic sound of broke out.
Dum Dum Dum....Dum Dum Dum....
Dum Dum Dum Dum...
