First, they secured the planks to the sloped surface of the sea dike road with ropes, then they secured the tires on top of the planks. Although it was makeshift and the materials were just ropes and wood, it looked functional. At least now the tugboat didn't produce that nauseating noise of metal scraping against rocks.

After the Shadow Group drove to the sea dike road, the first thing they saw was the busy Apocalypse People and the tugboat. Before they could marvel, they saw the armored vehicle. Stone and Horse Soul exclaimed in unison, "Armored vehicle!"
