Rigel watched Esra train with Grandwell to regain her original body. He never thought they would get along so well, but it was a given since Grandwell was close to Hondo. Esra had a bit of history with Grandwell as well even though they weren't that close to being able to speak comfortably with each other.

The reason why Rigel didn't climb the tower was because Artika prevented him from it. He knew that the Tower was being reformed by Checil and she took over the Player Association. If he had decided to climb the tower while she was on alert, he wouldn't be able to escape her grasp.

He wondered who gave Artika all of that information that was so detailed. He asked about that a few days ago, but Artika didn't want to tell him because it was a secret that she wanted to hide for as long as she could. He respected her decision and knew that it would be dangerous if anyone knew who was the spy that she put in the Executives' Palace.
