Chương 80: Battleground

The human hunted by the wolves was none other than Lucias Muller, the young mage with whom Arias had made an alliance. Arias became fairly certain that it was him when the flamed-foot wolf pack came close to where he was. From the way he looked and the magical power that he used, it was not difficult to tell Lucias apart from the other nine mages.

Arias had been secretly watching Lucias’ fight for a while now. He had originally thought that the Muller’s heir must still have some trick up his sleeve. But it seemed like his speculation was wrong if the hopeless look Lucias had on his face just now was anything to go by. In the end, Arias could not stand idly by and decided to jump in to help.

Lucias opened his eyes, dazed and confused. But his heart was soon filled with delight upon realizing that the person who had shown up before him was Arias. Among all the ten mages who came here, Arias was the strongest. He was the best person that could ever appear in this situation.
