In the taxi, Luo Qianxun leaned her head against the car window, lost in thought.
She had lied and deceived Li Mingxun about being pregnant.
Now that she had successfully deceived him, what should she do next?

Li Mingxun must be blinded by ignorance to think that Jiang Xinjie was a kind and good woman.
He'd regret and despise himself if he ever found out her true nature.
It started raining, the sound of raindrops hitting the car window.
Luo Qianxun rolled down the window and reached out her hand to feel the rain.
It's been a long time since it rained last, the scent of rainwater somehow improving her mood.
The cab driver, noticing Luo Qianxun's actions through the rearview mirror, quickly warned, "Miss, pull your hand in, it's dangerous."
"Sorry."
Luo Qianxun drew her hand back in and closed the window.
The taxi stopped at the entrance of Linyi Villa, Luo Qianxun paid the fare, opened the door and got out, running towards the villa doors.
Standing at the gate, she didn't hurry into the house but tilted her head up to look at the sky, closing her eyes as she enjoyed the feeling of rain hitting her face.
She wept, tears streaming unchecked down her face.
The tears mixed with the rainwater, dripping down her neck into her collar. She didn't care about her drenched clothes.
Not far away, Bai Lang's car was parked. He watched the painful expression on Luo Qianxun's face, his heart twisting with ache.
He wanted to get out and comfort her, but he knew if he did, it would only push her further away.
The baby ...
Thinking of the child in her belly, Luo Qianxun realized she couldn't continue to be so impulsive.
With a sigh, she went inside the house.
No matter what, she had to consider for the child in her belly.
Bai Lang sat silently in the car for a few minutes before finally driving away.
He felt irritated, regretting why he didn't confess his feelings to Luo Qianxun sooner.
Perhaps his confession could have altered their life trajectories, and she wouldn't have to suffer like this now.
But everything was a step too late.
"Achoo! Achoo! ... "
Luo Qianxun sneezed several times, seized a tissue and fiercely blew her nose.
Entering the kitchen, she tossed some slices of ginger into the pot to simmer.
"I guess I need to take a hot bath now."
Luo Qianxun felt a bit dizzy, not sure if it was due to lack of sleep or getting caught in the rain.
She grabbed a set of pajamas, went into the bathroom and drew a warm bath.
Submerged in the hot water, she felt her whole body warming up.
She lifted her hand to touch her still-flat belly, aware that within a month or so, she'd start showing.
Concerning her and her children's future, she felt completely lost.
Her phone rang, snapping Luo Qianxun back to reality. She reached out for the phone on the counter - it was Bai Xiaolian calling.
She cleared her throat, answered the call, "Xiaolian, what's up?"
"Qianxun, come over to the bar, I'm free today, let's have a chat."
Bai Xiaolian knew Luo Qianxun's situation and often squeezed time to meet with her.
There were many things she couldn't tell anyone else, but she was willing to share with Bai Xiaolian.
Otherwise, she wouldnt be able to cope with the numerous thoughts and worries bulging inside her mind.
"Okay, I'll grab a cab."
Luo Qianxun didn't refuse.
"Hurry up, I'm waiting."
Bai Xiaolian laughed, "I've created a new cocktail, you'll be the first one to try."
Luo Qianxun isn't much of a drinker, but willing to taste Bai Xiaolian's newly created cocktails, giving her a few tidbits of suggestions for improvement.
Whenever she made it again for the customers, they always gave high praises.
