Chương 3: Chapter 2: Meeting
"As you should know, you will undergo training and hunt down the traitor before your wedding. This is a dangerous mission, so I have arranged for Kagura and Hanzo to accompany you. The rest is on your own." Shichiro said.
Hanabi and Hayabusa nodded. As they walked out of the room, Hanabi yawned. "Who's Hanzo?" she asked Hayabusa. "My brother." That was all Hayabusa said.
"You have a brother? Younger or older?" Hanabi asked again.
"Just shut up. Don't talk about useless things." Hayabusa said.
Hanabi pouted. They came to the training grounds and Hanabi noticed a guy wearing a mask. He had scarlet hair and didn't seem to be doing anything, just staring into space.
"That's your brother? Didn't know he was so lazy," Hanabi snorted. Hanzo got up and snickered. "What are you? A baby? I'm sorry, I wouldn't like to kill someone who can't even fight."
Feeling annoyed, Hanabi yelled, "Damn you! If you're not training, then get lost! This is the training grounds!"
Before they could continue their pointless argument, Kagura stepped into the training grounds and smiled. "Calm down, you two. We have to work together if we want to find the traitor."
The two childish ninjas glared at one another. They started their training, not wanting to waste any more time.
Still pissed off by Hanzo, Hanabi said, "Hey you! Spar with me!" Hanzo smirked. "You'll lose," he said immediately.
Angered, Hanabi tossed her kunais at him, which Hanzo easily deflected with his huge sword.
Kagura and Hayabusa watched, slightly interested. Of course, they knew Hanzo was definitely stronger, but they wondered how long Hanabi would last against Hanzo.
"Haya, who do you think is the traitor?" Kagura asked. "Could be anyone. But they must be quite good," Hayabusa replied.
Meanwhile, the akuma ninja held his sword ready as Hanabi disappeared from sight. She reappeared behind Hanzo, about to ambush him. But Hanzo managed to dodge, swinging his sword at her.
Startled at his quick reflexes, Hanabi just stood there. "My win," Hanzo proclaimed, pointing his sword at Hanabi's neck.
As a form of respect, they bowed to each other. "He's good," Hanabi thought. But she would not admit that to him, and told herself she needed more practice.
"Goodbye, baby," Hanzo teased. "Go train more. You're too weak." Hanabi glared at him and mumbled, "Annoying idiot."
