Chương 45: The Dragon's Lair

The dragon killed the royal family, destroyed the Winter Kingdom and got its revenge.

Chris wanted to change that fate and at the same time gain benefits from that. Even if he stopped the dragon now, there is no way the royal family would award him anything. It's not like his profession is 'Oracle' or 'Prophet'.

If it was, they would have believed the danger from the dragon and he could have made a fortune from but that is not the case.

There is a way for him but it didn't involve the royal family directly.

For three centuries, the dragon didn't seek out revenge for a reason. It was weak. It was cursed and the fight with that royal descendant caused something to it that made the dragon hide for three centuries.

Chris didn't know what exactly happened but he knew about the outcome.

Now he is going to find the place where the dragon hid itself from the outside world and remove its threat to the world.
