"A person?"

Asher raised an eyebrow at the scene before him surprised but not too much.

Mundane birds ate fish, worms and the likes so monster birds would want something bigger, thicker and fleshier...

Asher's ears perked up as he could barely hear a soft sound at some intervals and he recognized it after a moment of brainstorming.

It was an heartbeat.

The elf still lived.

Sighing wearily, Asher sent the elf into his [Subspace].

"I'm too kind for my own good..." Then suddenly his body froze and silence reigned in the nest once again.

"CRAP! I HAVE A SUBSPACE!!"

There was no one to listen to his cry except the frightened birds that burst out of their nests and awakened terrors that were previously sleeping in their various habitats.

Asher paid none of this any attention as tears streamed down his face as he recalled the living conditions of the central forest.
