The Dragons of the Oceanic Region were strong. And unlike the Atlantean Empire, they didn't remain hidden. 

Dragons could often be seen coming out of the ocean, flying above the nearby kingdoms. 

It was said that the Dragons maintained the weather around the nearby Kingdom, making sure that humans were able to live without any natural disasters. 

Because of that, the Dragons were treated like Gods in the nearby areas. Many Temples were created where humans worshiped the Dragons. 

The Dragons also blessed the people who worshiped them. Only a few people knew that it was because the Dragons grew stronger the more they were worshiped. 

With more followers, their strength increased. They were also able to use the power of faith. 

That was why the Dragons didn't remain hidden, unlike the Atlantean Empire. A few of the Dragons even maintained contact with mortal kings, asking them to create more temples.
