Meng Rin said as she was touching up her makeup, "Well, the main star of the night always has to be late, right?"

She closed her small mirror and her bubbly self chirped. "No need to be so uptight about the timing today. We are not shooting, haha."

Dong Haoyu rolled eyes. "We don't need to know that from an actress who was an irresponsible latecomer herself."

She frowned. "You are not fun at all, Yuyu! I told you that I always miss my alarm."

He sneered. "But you never fix that alarm."

"H-How will I get a reason to be late then?" She sheepishly grinned.

"You finally spoke the truth. You think you are safe because the shooting is over? Director Wan still has good projects and you might lose your chance to act in them," he teased.
