What a great start to your new novel. Leslie and Calix are adorable! Can’t wait for more and to uncover some of the mysteries around a particular character. It’s made me laugh quite a few times over Calix’s responses to the situation he has found himself in.
I cannot express to you how much I love this story. When I read it, I can easily imagine Leslie and Calix with my favorite Kdrama actor/actress. The characters have so much chemistry. They each have their own quirks, and in just a few short chapters, I've grown to love them so much. Calix is one of the greenest flag males I've read on Webnovel. So thoughtful and considerate. Its so so refreshing. The romance feels so pure. And plenty of "Awwwwww" moments to go around. The humor is so subtle, its wonderful. I hope this novel gets endless accolades! Read this novel. Such a wonderful story.
I read this too fast. and just so you know, there are books that I will buy the whole thing and that'll skip like half of the chapters, but but this one I could not miss any of them! I really enjoyed it. the story was fun and unique, but also had themes that are universal.
I picked this story up to not waste genre passes and boy am I glad I did! I only read the free chapters so far, and I really like Leslie and Calix. Even though the entire situation is quite unbelievable, both show patience and understanding towards each other. Calix treats Leslie not like some supernatural monster, but like an actual person. It's nice~ definitely a nicer change of pace from all the action, horror, thriller or adventure stories I've been indulging in. I'm going to wait a little more to binge read ~w~ ehehehe p.s. I like old madam Xu. I like that she has Charlene's back when her (Charlene's) own family doesn't.
A lovely story. The characters are charismatic and well resolved. No situation drags on and there are no misunderstandings. I loved reading it and I recommend it.

First of all, how did you make the cover? It is so drama-like!! It depicts the whole vibe of the story! Everything is there, and the comic or anime-like family drama cover completely struck me. I am in love with this cover and the title. The story is super amazing, cute, and just like your other work, I was reading...I will be reading this story. Readers! If you love slice-of-life stories and K-drama, you cannot miss this!!! Hurry up and collect it at your library!!!
