Krez exited the blacksmithing chamber and walked up to the instructor, handing over his short sword. The instructor inspected it thoroughly, nodding in approval. "Good, good. There's not a single emblem anywhere and I can feel your Qi in it. This is truly one of your creations."

Then the instructor rested the hilt in one hand and the blade in the other, he closed his eyes. The instructor sent his energy inside the sword. Soon as he did, his eyes flew wide open, shock apparent all over his face. "Perfected one-star! How? It has a energy vein! Energy vein usually appears in two-star item and higher. I haven't seen a one-star item with a mana vein ever. How did you do this, young man? How?"

The instructor was heaving in gulps of air, eyes blatantly on the sword.
