Chương 133: Database, Powerful Administrator

Ivankov and Kuma's urgency forced Dragon to contemplate a strategy for rescuing Ginny.

"What do we need to do?" Dragon asked.

Arias responded, "The Holy Land is in chaos right now. My people can escape on their own, but taking Ginny with them would be very difficult."

"So, I need you to create disturbances in multiple locations to divert the attention of the Celestial Dragons. That way, my people will have a chance."

Dragon remained silent for a while, weighing the risks. Creating such chaos would require deploying the main forces of the Revolutionary Army, which would be a significant and dangerous undertaking. The cost would be high, possibly leading to severe repercussions.

"Of course," Arias continued, "if you're not willing, it doesn't matter. I'm just letting you know the situation. If you do want my people to rescue Ginny, you'll also need to pay a fee."

Ivankov exploded, "What? We risk everything, and you want us to pay too?"

Arias shrugged. "You're free to decline. I don't gain anything from rescuing Ginny. If you're not interested, I'll have my people retreat."

"Damn it!" Ivankov was desperate. "We can't let Ginny suffer any longer. Agree to his terms!"

Dragon couldn't show his hesitation and finally asked, "How much?"

Arias held up a single finger. "One Devil Fruit."

Money wasn't of interest to him—he already considered all the world's treasures his. But the power of a Devil Fruit was invaluable.

The Revolutionary Army was often short on funds, and demanding money would be challenging. But they did have a few Devil Fruits in reserve.

Seeing Ivankov's desperate expression and Kuma's hopefulness through the Den Den Mushi, Dragon reluctantly nodded. "Fine. What else?"

Arias continued, "Marineford, Enies Lobby, Impel Down—attack these places, and the World Government will be forced to divert their resources."

"If you can get Whitebeard, Kaido, Big Mom, or the Golden Lion to attack World Government member nations, that would draw even more attention from the Celestial Dragons."

Dragon's response was calm but firm. "Getting those pirates involved would be too costly. I'll lead the attack on Enies Lobby. If you can get Ginny out of Mariejois, Kuma will be there to pick her up. Once she's out, her safety will be guaranteed."

"One more thing: I need your people to free the slaves held by the Celestial Dragons."

Ginny had once led the Eastern Army, which was annihilated by the Celestial Dragons. Some of her high-ranking comrades were captured alive, imprisoned by the World Government. If they could be rescued, it would significantly bolster the Revolutionary Army's strength, and other captives might be recruited into their ranks.

Dragon didn't want to pay such a high price just to save a dying Ginny—there needed to be additional benefits. He made his demands clear.

Arias nodded, agreeing to the additional term. "Fine. That will be another Devil Fruit."

Years ago, the Sun Pirates, led by Fisher Tiger, had infiltrated Mariejois to free the slaves. This would not be an easy task, but it was a golden opportunity to raise the stakes.

After some thought, Dragon agreed to the terms. "Deal."

"Are you heading to Upside Down Mountain?" Dragon asked.

"Of course!" Arias replied as he disembarked. "But I'm not going to Enies Lobby to risk my life with you."

"Get started. Contact me with the Den Den Mushi when everything's in place."

Once off the ship, Arias landed on the Red Line, a towering mountain range. From here, one could enter the first half of the Grand Line—Paradise—via the currents, while the other side led to the end of the Grand Line.

"I've never seen what lies at the end of the Grand Line," Arias mused.

He disembarked to avoid the dangers of fighting alongside the Revolutionary Army and to investigate a mysterious location he suspected might be the end of the Grand Line.

Walking along the path, he watched as the Revolutionary Army's ship disappeared into Paradise. Using his Earth Immortal technique, he merged with the ground, stealthily making his way toward the central temple described by the Celestial Dragons.

This was where the World Government convened, where the Five Elders discussed global affairs. It was also rumored to be the residence of Im, the figure who had secretly ruled the world for over 800 years.

Bypassing the soldiers patrolling the temple, Arias relied on his abilities to remain unseen. The temple was heavily guarded, but the soldiers failed to notice the intruder moving silently through their midst.

Reaching the ancient, opulent room where the data was supposedly stored, Arias encountered an unexpected challenge. As he emerged from the ground, a blade slashed down, narrowly missing his neck. The golden barrier from his three beads absorbed the impact, saving him from harm.

Before him stood an old man with hair half black and half white, holding a Western-style sword aimed at Arias's throat.

"Are you the thief who infiltrated the Holy Land?" the old man asked, his eyes sharp and calculating.

Arias realized this must be the database's guardian, far more powerful than the Celestial Dragons had led him to believe. It was clear now that obtaining Vegapunk's Devil Fruit technology wouldn't be easy. But for a force that had ruled the world for eight centuries, formidable defenders were to be expected.

The challenge ahead was daunting, but Arias knew one thing: even if the Revolutionary Army, the Four Emperors, and the Navy joined forces, they might not be able to topple the World Government. But that wouldn't stop him from trying.
