I am writing this after publishing my 120 chapters.
Many of you have noticed that Jin Wei's personality changes frequently throughout the story. Sometimes he is kind, other times irritated, occasionally cold, or even overly sympathetic. These shifts can be confusing, so let's clarify why this happens.
When Jin Wei was reincarnated into this new world, he didn't simply take on a new life as expected. Instead, he possessed a body that wasn't dead. The previous owner of this body had come to Earth to explore and had not actually died. Because of this, Jin Wei's soul didn't fully merge with the existing one. This incomplete fusion led to significant personality problems.
Jin Wei's soul and the previous owner's soul were only partially fused, causing Jin Wei to exhibit traits that seemed like multiple personality disorders. His behavior became unpredictable: sometimes he was kind, other times irritated, sometimes detached, and other times overly empathetic or even a "simp."
But due to mind already being chaotic, he didn't notice these changes before.
For example, when Victoria, a character with a tragic background, appeared, Jin Wei's fragmented soul made him excessively eager for her attention. His behavior during this time was driven by his erratic personality, making him act like a "simp" who sought to help and gain her favor.
However, after Jin Wei underwent a major transformation in the dungeon, his soul finally fused completely. With his personality issues resolved, he became more stable and consistent.
When Amanda, another character with a tragic background, came into his life, Jin Wei's new, stable personality meant he no longer felt the same impulse to help her automatically. Unlike before, when his behaviour was influenced by his split personality, he now approached her situation with more caution and detachment.
Although he is still flirtatious to the girls that are close to him, he is no longer a simp.
If you still don't understand his current personality, let me clarify: Jin Wei is selfish, domineering, prideful, arrogant, and ruthless toward others. He's flirtatious and somewhat kind, but only to those close to him, such as his wives and Aurora. His followers, however, do not receive this same gentleness, since he is not bisexual. In simple terms he is not gay.
