Logan shrugged a shoulder, ''Alright, President Chen,'' the man did not seem to be moved in the slightest but Daisy could say that the man was still being kind to her since he considered her family. 

As she looked at his retreating back, as cold and aloof it was, she felt like that the man was rather lonely. And even pitiful. To not have a family for decades and then suddenly being burdened by the responsibilities of the heir, it was not an easy feat. 

Daisy sighed, feeling like she was looking too much into it. 

However, some of Daisy's thoughts were not different from Logan's. He did not believe that he would need her help in anything in the future. 

Little did he know that he would eat his own words and come ask for her help in no time.
