The next few days, Daisy stayed at home and spent all her time with Angel. 

Although everything seemed normal but Ivy could feel that something was amiss. Daisy had always been a cold person but she had never seemed so detached. Since that night when they left Ryle's mansion in a rush, Daisy had been behaving strange somehow. It was as if she was blaming herself for something. 

She was even extra cautious with Angel. 

"Are you not going to work today as well?" Ivy asked the question that she had been constantly asking the past few days without getting an answer. 

Daisy who was playing with Angel placed the plush toy down before she looked at Ivy, ''Did you not send the document over to the company?" 

The night after they left Ryle's mansion in an hurry, Daisy did ask her to send a document over to Harper Societies on her behalf. She nodded, ''What about it?"
