"How can you do this? What about the promise that the King made to my father?" Irina shouted as she questioned with wide eyes opened in shock.

Prince Rian smiled as he answered politely with royal Etiquette: "Ms. Irina, I apologize on behalf of my father. I was also in a predicament on how to do this, however, my love gave me the courage to express my love for Nelly in front of all!"

He turned his face to gaze at Nelly with love-filled eyes and a smile. He attempted to hold her hand, however, she dodged his attempt by retracting her hand.

A solemn expression appeared on Prince Rian's face as he shrugged in helplessness.
