"The notion of multiple kings aboard a single ship is not unheard of. Many crew members aboard Rocks' vessel boasted kingly prowess," remarked Sengoku with a dismissive shake of his head.
Rocks himself was no stranger to kingly qualities, and alongside the likes of Whitebeard, the Golden Lion, Charlotte Lingling, and Kaido, the ship harbored an abundance of potential.
"He must be dealt with swiftly and decisively. The seas are already rife with chaos; we cannot afford to birth more monsters!" asserted Sengoku, his tone grave.
With the Red-haired Pirate Brigade making bold strides of late, it was evident they harbored ambitions of challenging the Sea Emperor's reign, poised for a significant upheaval.
"Keep a vigilant eye on the Red Dog in the New World. We can't afford any missteps," he instructed with a sense of urgency.

The shrill ring of the telephone worm pierced the silence of the office, prompting Sengoku to snatch it up. His expression quickly soured as he listened, fury mounting within him.
"That insolent brat! How dare they assault the Navy!" he bellowed, his rage palpable.
"What's happened?" inquired Crane, her concern evident.
"It's Sebastian! He's launched an attack on Rear Admiral's fleet!" Sengoku spat out the words with contempt.
"Rear Admiral?"
"Dead!"
A heavy silence descended upon the room, each person grappling with the weight of the news.
After a prolonged moment, Tsuru spoke up, her voice measured, "At just fifteen, to vanquish a Rear Admiral from the Naval Headquarters—his potential is formidable and warrants immediate action!"
"Indeed, immediate action is imperative! We must quell the pirates' audacity," declared Garp with solemn resolve.
"I've decided to elevate his bounty to one hundred million Berries!"
In short order, Sebastian's name was disseminated by the Naval Headquarters, the proclamation of his bounty reverberating across the globe.
"A hundred million Berries? At fifteen? Could he be the emergence of a new Pirate supernova?"
"Younger than Fire Fist Ace? The seas are stirring once more!"
"Damn Roger! If it weren't for him, there wouldn't be so many pirates in this world!"
Across the nations,
....
Katakuri approached Big Mom with Sebastian's bounty, "Mother, there's another formidable presence in the Hundred Beasts Regiment, and at just fifteen, he carries a bounty of 100 million yuan."
"Mama Ma Ma Ma Ma, he's just a young child. What strength could he possibly possess?" Big Mom leaned down, her imposing face fixated on Katakuri, drool dripping from the corners of her mouth.
"Katakuri, you're Mom's most exceptional child, aren't you afraid?"
"Of course not. I simply wish to convey that if he's allowed to develop, the Hundred Beasts will grow even more powerful in the future," Kataku responded in a composed tone.
"Mamamamama ~ Katakuri, if you have time, you might as well find a cream cake for your mother."
Big Mom dismissed Katakuri's words, confident in her invincible defenses, even against a formidable opponent.

Among the Whitebeard Pirates,
Marco handed Sebastian's bounty to Whitebeard.
"Father, the Hundred Beasts have gained another formidable member," Marco reported.
"Kaido's pesky little devil, quite capable!" Whitebeard glanced at the bounty order and casually tossed it into the sea. "No matter how many monsters there are, we remain the strongest!"
"That's right, Whitebeard Pirates are the undisputed champions!"
At this moment, Whitebeard, yet to succumb to old age, still possessed peak combat strength, and his mighty shock fruit could easily decimate an island, earning him the title of "the most powerful man in the world." The other two Emperors of the Sea dared not challenge him.
Various factions such observed Sebastian's reward order.
Some were astonished, some indifferent, some disdainful, and some irate.
....
Sebastian, on his way home, also glimpsed his own reward order. Upon seeing the portrait, he couldn't help but express his dissatisfaction.
"Who took this picture of me? It's blurred!" Sebastian exclaimed.
"Check it out, a fresh-faced fifteen-year-old with a whopping bounty of 100 million Baileys!" Black Maria whispered, her tone tinged with intrigue.
Sebastian brushed off the mention of his high bounty with a casual wave. "What good is a high bounty if I can't cash it in?" he remarked, showing little concern for the monetary reward.
What truly mattered to him was the prestige it brought.
Before setting sail, he had strategized on how to swiftly elevate his standing among pirates.
In their world, nothing boosted a pirate's renown quite like a soaring bounty.
A sky-high bounty instilled fear across the globe, and with fear came respect.
[Ding~ Congratulations to the host for surpassing 1,000 prestige points! Here's a little gift for you.]
The system's mechanical voice chimed in Sebastian's mind.
Grinning from ear to ear, Sebastian celebrated as his prestige climbed past the thousand mark.
Opening his panel, he was delighted to see his prestige had soared to over thousand—and it was still on the rise!
"So, system, my bounty hike directly impacts my reputation?" Sebastian inquired inwardly.
[Absolutely.]
Just as he suspected! A smirk played on Sebastian's lips. By continuously upping his bounty and pulling off daring feats, he could rake in prestige points without end.
In truth, he owed a debt of gratitude to the Navy.
Had they not been diligently broadcasting his bounty, his reputation wouldn't have skyrocketed so swiftly.
