"Are you talking about this?" When Alric did not reply, Eve looked at his face only to see that it was ashen.

She let go of her hands at once and he inhaled a deep breath as if he was drowning under the water for a long time. His body quivered for a second. His eyes look bloodshot.

"Alric." she called with worry and took a step toward him but Damien held her by her waist.

"He is fine! You just attacked his lifesource. So he needs some time to recover." Although Damien said that Alric was fine, she could feel worry in his voice too and the way he was looking at Alric made her feel guilty.

"I didn't mean to hurt him. Did I use the wrong energy?" She turned to look at Damien who sighed and finally took his gaze away from Alric who had leaned on the wall and tried to recover to Eve.
