Chương 66: Press Conference gone wrong
"Sir, why is India not participating in the Commonwealth Games?"
"That's a good question. Why aren't we?
First of all, the name 'Commonwealth' is wrong. Our wealth was looted, so it isn't right to use the name.
Secondly, we are banning South Africa in any social event due to the inhumane Apartheid against the Africans, who own the country, and our Indian diaspora. I would also suggest other sports organisations to do the same.
But most important of all, the reason is UK. In three years, UK has attacked us many times.
Arming Pakistan, assassinating our scientists and many innocent civilians along with them in terrorist bombing, blocking Seuz Canal and Strait of Malacca to destroy our trade, rubbish propaganda through UK government controlled media like BBC, threatening to freeze our gold reserves, and a whole lot of other things.
They haven't agreed to the reparation demands we have sent three years ago too.
We just can't have any type of relations with a thief, terrorist country that continually attacks our country.
Now, dear BBC reporter, I will appreciate if you question your leader, without fearing about loosing your job, about all this. UK is a democracy, right?"
Surprisingly, the reporter did ask Elizabeth about it.
"What's your stance on Mr PM's allegations, Queen Elizabeth?"
But Satyankar interrupted him.
"Those aren't allegations. Don't try to twist the words to make it seem like it is a trivial matter.
All things aside, UK threatened to freeze our gold reserves which has been lying in the bank of London. Does this seem trivial?"
Elizabeth chose to remain silent for a while, and then spoke,"India was threatening UK. I have a duty to my country."
"Well, I am curious now. How did I threaten your country? Perhaps you are talking about the military deal I was willing to be enough to meet the second demand?
And don't try to lie. You have a history of lying. The tensions in Western Asia are the result of you lying about the agreements, even during the war."
"Mr Satyankar, can we talk about it maturely like adults?"
"Mrs Elizabeth, can you be mature like an adult and just return everything you guys have stolen? We aren't even asking about the money, about the 30+ million lives you guys have taken, about all the genocides.
We are being mature by agreeing to let past be bygone, but we need to see your sincerity and atleast agree to the demands for the reparations. And you guys have shown nothing but hostility again and again. We aren't your slaves."
"Sigh. Let's just end this conference here, since Mr Satyankar is being insistent on being rude. The conference was for Commonwealth games, but I don't think the topic will ever be discussed-"
*BANG! BANG! BANG!*
Suddenly, someone shooted at Satyankar.
Thankfully, an Indian soldier standing by Satyankar's side, who was keeping an eye on the audience saw it as soon as the assiliant took out his gun, and he sacrificed his life by coming in front of Satyankar.
Another Indian soldier quickly shot the man's hand and disarmed him, and the British guards apprehended him.
Everything became chaotic, and as Satyankar was leaving the scene into safety, he glared at Elizabeth.
"I should have expected this from the likes of you! Don't think you can get away from this!
Mukesh, take Lokesh to safety, we are leaving right this instant!
And I want that assassin handed over to is right this instant! I wouldn't let you guys erase the evidence!"
Satyankar ran with his army-men along with every country's leader into safety.
As the apprehend assassin was being taken away, he shouted,"Allah hu Akbar! Allah save the Queen!"
And he blew up himself by pulling a string with his leg, activating the explosion mechanism, taking down even the press with him.
Satyankar and the armymen entered the car, and as they were going to the airport, Satyankar said, "What are you doing! We can't let the press we brought with us to be left behind!"
"Sir, most of them likely died in the blast! We need to bring you to safety as soon as possible!"
"We should atleast check! Their lives are as important as mine!"
"I am sorry for doing this, sir."
The soldier knocked Satyankar out, and the whole fleet of cars drove fastly towards the airport.
The press conference has gone wrong, badly.
