Behind them are 2 storey houses followed by ware houses to store food and resources . Near the ware houses are forge and whatever crafting station that is required . The back side of the city is mostly empty but it is still used to storage and practice.
Even though I called it a city , it doesn't have any currency system , the troops just take whatever they need and also serve me. With the increased troops they get proper rest between dungeon raids .
When I said the back side of the city is used to practice , I meant that there is a big arena , well only made of stone and dirt but that is where beatrice teaches everyone in the academy well yea cliche name .
Orcs are taught battle tactics for 1 day and martial arts for 1 day every week. Whereas ogres and high elves spend more time in the training , spending 4 days per week with 1 day for battle tactics , 1 for martial arts and 2 for magic.
Whatever subject a troop has learnt in the academy they don't have to attend academy and just work or rest . When a troop has learnt all the stuff they are graduated from academy and given a commanding post for raids.
As of now only me , lith , no.2 , ember , eve and a few others not numbering more than 10 have graduated . Yes I also learnt from beatrice cant just rely on sheer stats always even if I win these low level battles there might come a time I have to face an expert with stats that surpass even me.
