Chương 30: Chapter 13.2 — First Fearless Defeated!

I started running at high speed, feeling the veins spreading throughout my body. However, none of this mattered. I knew that when it all ended, that fearless one would be nothing more than a memory on my list of defeated enemies.

I thought that blow would be accurate, but before I could even launch it, my body reached its limit. At that moment, the fearless one seized the opportunity to grab me.

However, the fearless one didn't do anything to me, and I only heard strange noises while realizing that my vision was changing. I looked around and realized we were flying now. But what was his plan? Was he going to throw me from a deadly height? With my weakened body, the chances of surviving a fall from that height were slim.
Reaching a certain altitude, the fearless one brought his grotesque face closer, with that sinister smile, and gripped tightly.
"Arrrgggghaaaaaa!"
I screamed with all my might, refusing to give up. With the last bit of strength I could muster, I activated the Kotxi Swivel and cut the fearless one's hand, forcing him to release me.
I began to fall, knowing that with Cure Iz activated, my chances of survival might increase, but it was a risky bet. As my body approached the ground, the feeling that the impact was imminent overwhelmed me.
However, something grabbed me in the air, and a familiar smell entered my nostrils. When I looked in the direction of the one holding me, I realized it was Ui.
"Are you okay, my Prince Charming?"
For a moment, a glimpse of my mother crossed my mind as I leaned on Ui's lap. I surprised myself with this thought, but I couldn't afford to weaken.
Everyone was alive and unharmed, the opposite of my pitiful state. This was frustrating and humiliating. When Fallen Tits insulted my mother, a wave of anger washed over me. This was the second time it happened, the first time being when I lost my mother.
At that moment, I had thoughts of killing all of them, but when Ui praised my mother, I felt gratitude. It may sound simple, but I rarely heard anyone praise my mother; she was usually treated with contempt.
Max presented his plan to defeat the fearless one, and although I didn't want to participate, I knew it would be impossible to do it alone. So, I agreed.
In the aerial battle against the fearless one, I used the insect as propulsion and attacked the fearless one with my Speed Iz Kotxi Fast technique. Although the damage wasn't overwhelming, it at least made an impact.
When it was time to execute Plan A, I used my best technique and was convinced that I would emerge victorious. However, things didn't go as planned, and my body was at its limit. I had to rely on Max.
In Plan B, we were all instructed to move as far away from the fearless one as possible, and although I didn't understand the reason at that moment, it was clear that something significant was about to happen.
From a certain distance, I witnessed an unimaginable explosion. I was in disbelief as I watched it. I felt that Max had outdone me, and a wave of inferiority hit me.
With Max's clothes in my hands, I was the only one who approached him and saw him glowing. He was shining brightly, his skin radiant like gold, and his golden hair was spiky, probably due to the effects of the explosion. I threw his clothes in his direction, but he skillfully dodged them.
"Be careful, Izumi. I can't touch anything right now."
"Why?"
"I'm in the Gallant Explosion mode. Anything that touches me will explode."
"I see."
"What's the matter?"
"Nothing."
It seemed that I was the only one capable of coming up with artistic names for techniques.
'Gallant? How tacky!'
"I understand. You're pissed that I stole your enemy."

"I hope so."
Some time passed, and Max's glow began to fade. He started dressing, but suddenly…

Idalme was watching Max from a distance, while Ui appeared right behind me and gave me a look.
"Izumi, I warned her it wasn't time yet, but she didn't listen to me."
"But it was taking too long."
"I told her I could see from a distance, and he was still naked."
From the conversation, it seemed that Ui had a privileged view, suggesting that she had already witnessed everything that happened.
"Izumi, I didn't even look. My eyes are still virgins."

"You and I," she gave me a shy look.

"Max, I don't mind making a trade later. Just the two of us."

I just watched her, realizing that continuing the conversation was pointless. However, I didn't expect her to start talking about those things; she was definitely under Fallen Tits' influence.

Max emerged victorious in the battle against the fearless one; however, it was clear that there were more powerful fearless ones out there. A sense of sadness washed over me for not being the one to win, but I kept the flame of hope alive. I knew that when the time came to face the next fearless one, my feeling of sadness would fade away. For now, it was time to celebrate our victory.
'Mother, we're just getting started.'
"Don't we have something to say?"
"Thirk!"
We stood face to face, our smiles reflecting each other. We both shared the same understanding, as if we had coordinated what we would say in perfect harmony.
"First fearless defeated!"
