Rod rapidly retreated and continuously fired at the Fog Demon five shots per second.
The Spirit Gun, with only a capacity of seven bullets, fired incessantly without even a half-second break.
The Fog Demon became enraged, its Spiritual Energy boiling over. From its fog-like body burst forth a glowing light as it turned and charged at Rod, its white mist trailing a long phantom.
If you looked closely, its path was arc-shaped, much like a leaping flyer.
This was its weakness—whenever it leaped, its fog-like soul would briefly show a humanoid form.
This was its vital pathway.
Every one of Rod's bullets targeted the ankle of this humanoid shape, the impact of the Sealing Spirit Bullet interfering with its Spiritual Energy flow, slowing its speed.
As long as it couldn't catch up, Rod could keep shooting it until it died.
Based on the disturbances caused by the bullets hitting, Rod estimated it would take about eight hundred Sealing Spirit Bullets to kill this Fog Demon.
