Chapter 6: True Colors (2)
I quickly opened the loot box and to my surprise..
[Host has opened a rare loot box and got a title.]
[Titles give buffs on certain aspects may it be your starts or skills.]
['Leader' skill activated]
[All stats will be buffed by 10 for 30 minutes.]
All my stats jumped up by a hefty amount and I was feeling good about it, I rushed at Lyla and sent a sidekick to her abdomen but she quickly moved out of the way and sliced at me. With a swift duck, I bounced up and hit her on the chin with a hard uppercut.
She hits the ground right after and I seem to be victorious until...
"You bitch! how dare you hit me?! I hate you!"
she lashes out at me and tries to cut my leg, I just scoot back a little as she swings her arms while on the ground. I was waiting for the quest sound to commence but soon felt blood trickle down my face.
[Lyla is getting angry, her strength is reaching its limit.]

[Lyla's strength is now far beyond yours.]
'W-What?...all of a sudden?' I didn't want to but I was too weak right now, and so I ran away with my tail between my legs.
I bolted away and didn't look back, I could feel her chasing me but I kept running.
"STOP RUNNING YOU PUSSY."
Luckily my stamina was pretty high and I was used to running by now so I didn't get tired quickly. But I had this urge to look over my shoulders and just had to look. As I turned to look over my shoulder I was startled by her being directly behind me, possibly only 2 inches away. Her face was growing scarier by the second and this freaked me out, and somehow this made me run even faster.
As I hit a corner I grabbed onto a light pole and swung around it, striking her in the neck with my kick. Well, that's what I thought I did, but her slim and agile body managed to lean so far back that her head nearly touched the ground. This shocked me and I tried to pull my leg back quickly but she gripped it tight, her long nails digging into my skin.
"AGHH! Shit....you freaky bitch...." I looked at her with crazy eyes but her eyes were even crazier.
She seemed to be tired and was breathing heavily.
'Is she not used to chasing someone? I guess not. She's a girl so most of the time when she fought men they most likely underestimated her and she managed to gain the victory. But I guess I'm a first.'
"Running from a girl....hah~ hah~...." she tries to catch her breath.
"Aren't you ashamed?"
I looked at her and didn't respond, but she dug her nails into my leg even more.
'Shit..shit..shit..that hurts. Her grip is insanely tight, I need to get out of this.'
'I also only have 15 minutes left on the boost, I need to use it as much as I can.'
*VROOOM*
A car started to speed up by where we were currently battling, i smiled knowing this was my only chance.
With all of my might, I put every ounce of my strength into the leg she was holding onto and practically lifted her into the air.
I clenched my teeth and yelled as I lifted her, "AGH!!"
(Lyla POV)
'Huh?....did he really just?...'
'Wait huh?..why am I?'
As he lifted me into the air with his leg, he kicked with his leg to the right of us where the car was about to approach, and during this, I felt the fear of being run over by the car, I started to freak out and clung onto his leg with my life.
But to no avail.
I landed on the road.
Scars and blood are now present on my arms and legs. I look up to see the headlights of the speeding car, I prepare to die. I close my eyes for nearly 10 seconds but nothing happens, I reopen them to find the car stopped right before my face. I gulp and have a sigh of relief.
But as I turn to look at Yama, I don't find him near the sidewalk where the light pole was standing. Suddenly I am kicked and sent nearly 2 feet away, as I bleed from my busted lip and nearly broken nose I look up to see Yama looking down at me.
(Back to Yama POV)
"Sorry, not even girls are let off easy."
I drop my foot onto her face, knocking her out cold. The person in the car is shocked and steps out to confront me.
"Hey! Hey! What are you doing to that girl?!"
He runs over to check on her and sees that she is alive. The man sighs and pulls out his phone.
"You are in big trouble young man, hitting a girl? what are you thinking."
As I see him slowly typing in the number, <<911>> I rush over and grip his fingers tight, he howls in pain and looks at me confused and angry.
"AGHHHHHHHHH! W- What the hell are you doing?!"
I get down on one knee and get closer to the man's face.
"Tell anyone about this, I'll hunt you down and kill you. Understand?"
My eyes let the man know I was telling no lies, but in reality, I was bluffing.
"...." the man is silent.
I clench his fingers even harder, they are turning red from me squeezing them. He yells even louder.
"YAGHHHHHHHHHHH! OKAY! OKAY! OKAY!... I UNDERSTAND... I'LL GET IN MY CAR AND GO..."
"Good. Next time, don't try to be a hero."
The man gets up and runs to his car while holding his fingers in pain. He quickly skirts off and is already gone.
I then look back to Lyla and decide not to leave her on the road. I saw that other cars were already coming and I hurriedly picked her up and found a nearby alley. I lay her on some trashbags and walk back home.
..
At home, I do the daily quest I haven't done in a while.
After that, I decided to open the system shop.
"I should buy something like judo..."

"After beating Lyla I gained a lot of coins, a level, and some more stats."
Just for the fun of it, I would buy two styles, Aikido and Judo. I was thinking of buying karate later and saving my coins for when I unlock other styles.
After processing all the martial information that entered my brain. I would get up to try them out.

I would use the move on my makeshift punching bag of clothes as I person, as I picked it up I would instantly use the move to throw the bag to the ground with the technique.
After getting the hang of it I would move on to Judo.
<<Ippon Seoi Nage>>
As I grabbed the bag off the floor of my room I would use this technique to throw the bag over my shoulders and back on the floor.
Once done I would big the bag up and hang it back on the wall.
"KEEP IT DOWN IN THERE!!"
My dad would yell from the living room and I would yell back.
"ALRIGHT!"
After taking a shower I headed back to my room and went to bed.
Tomorrow was going to be the start of my gang, and I knew just the people to recruit.
