Chương 22: Chapter 21: An attack in the mansion

Ivy decided to sleep and forget about all of it. There was really no big deal with not seeing one guard or two.

No big deal at all.

But her curiosity led her to go out of her room. Her hunch told her it wasn't a small deal as she hoped it to be. She was a bit scared and so she took her steps slowly, one by one.

And more strangely, there was no one around. She went to Layla and Anisa's room but didn't see them there. She grew more worried and decided to go to May's room hoping she'd know what to do but to her dismay, May was not in her room as well.

All of a sudden, she heard gunshots coming from outside.
