Seraphine's spaceship touched down on the vibrant world of Planet Yadrat. The landing pad extended a welcoming path to this unique and otherworldly place. As she exited her craft, she marveled at the rich, green landscape, the peculiar yellow sky, and the towering buildings with their unusual purple and white hues.
Two Yadrats awaited her, their attire distinguishing them as different clans. Dressed in white shirts with oversized collars and adorned with dark blue armor bearing golden accents, they greeted Seraphine. But it was the smaller, cartoony frog-like Yadrats, distinguished by their green skin, that caught her attention.
Kilp, one of the Yadrats in the formal attire, stepped forward.
Kilp: "We have been expecting your arrival. Please follow me; the elder is awaiting your presence."
As Seraphine followed Kilp, she observed the stunning cityscape of Yadrat. The architecture was unlike anything she had seen on Earth, giving the planet an otherworldly charm.
They eventually arrived at a grand palace where a dignified blue-skinned Yadrat awaited them. His unique whiskers marked him as someone of authority.
Kilp: "Allow me to introduce Elder Pyabara."
Elder Pyabara nodded in acknowledgment. Curiosity filled his voice as he began to speak.
Pyabara: "I sense that you are an Earthling, but there is a hint of Saiyan energy within you. Are you, by any chance, related to Goku or Vegeta?"
Seraphine: "Yes, I am. Goku is my great, great, great, great grandfather."
Pyabara: "Ah, I see. You Earthlings have much shorter lifespans compared to ours."
Seraphine went on to explain her reasons for coming to Yadrat, detailing the awakening of Caligara and the peril facing her universe.
Pyabara: "I am sorry to hear of your troubles, Seraphine. Yadrat is not known for an array of techniques. Our focus is solely on one aspect from which various abilities stem."
Seraphine inquired, curious about this particular focus.
Kilp: "It's called Spirit Control."
Seraphine: "Spirit Control?"
Kilp: "In simpler terms, it's the manipulation of what Goku and other Earthlings refer to as chi or ki."
Kilp then showcased some of the techniques they had developed, such as instant teleportation, creating copies of oneself, and even gigantification, leaving Seraphine in awe.
Pyabara: "These abilities are achieved by shifting, splitting, and growing one's very spirit."
Kilp: "Everyone on Yadrat can master these techniques with enough dedication and practice."
Pyabara: "Study the essence of the spirit, understand how it functions, and the path to these techniques will open before you."
Seraphine, filled with determination and the eagerness to learn, accepted the elder's offer and made a commitment to master Spirit Control.
Seraphine's journey into the mysteries of Spirit Control was about to begin, setting her on a path that would unlock new abilities and ultimately make her a more formidable warrior in her quest to confront Caligara.
