"Is this really necessary?"
Saitama watched as Pui Pui fell to the ground with a bored expression. He couldn't help but sigh at the lackluster challenge before him.
Babidi, seeing the situation, reluctantly summoned his dark monster, Yakon.
Yakon, resembling a magnified green mantis, was an expert at fighting in the dark. He had the unique ability to consume all forms of light energy, but Saitama wasn't particularly impressed.
Supreme Kai offered a reminder, "Be careful, Yakon is a famous powerhouse from the dark planet."
Saitama yawned, "You guys always take this too seriously. It's not that big of a deal."
Supreme Kai simply sighed in response.
Once again, the group decided who would face Yakon through a simple game of rock-paper-scissors.
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
"I won!"
This time, Saitama emerged as the winner, much to Son Goku's disappointment and Vegeta's frustration.
Supreme Kai breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Saitama, with his bald head and apathetic demeanor, stand up. He believed that Yakon was no match for Saitama, even if Yakon was strong.
However, as Supreme Kai entertained this thought, darkness enveloped their surroundings, plunging them into pitch-black obscurity.
Yakon's voice echoed from all directions, "Welcome to my birthplace, the Dark Star. In this galaxy, there's no sun or source of light. I can see you, but you can't see me."
Son Goku noted, "Now, Saitama can't use ki, and he can't even sense the opponent's location."
Vegeta sneered, "People who can't use ki aren't truly strong. Their power is limited in many ways."
"Is that so?" Saitama's voice came from the darkness. "Hey, Tragedy Tower, wanna make a bet?"
"Don't call me 'Tragedy Tower,' you baldy!"
"Tragedy Tower... Tragedy Tower... Tragedy Tower..."
"I'll make you regret that!"
Saitama chuckled, satisfied with Vegeta's angry response.
Yakon's voice echoed from the darkness again, "I've heard you defeated Dabura, but on this invisible planet, even you won't find me."
Saitama replied, "Why should I find you?"
Yakon taunted, "How can you attack me if you can't find me? Are you going to defeat me with your thoughts? Hahahahaha..."
Saitama coolly replied, "No need for that. Can you and this planet survive a single punch from me?"
"What did you say?"
"I said I'll smash you and this planet to pieces."
With those words, Saitama clenched his fist and casually floated into the sky.
Yakon protested, "Impossible! The Dark Star is six times larger than Earth!"
"What does size matter? Serious Series: Serious Punch!"
With a casual shout, Saitama thrust his fist into the ground, creating a massive rift on the planet's surface, sending forth violent magma.
The magma's glow illuminated the area, revealing Yakon's terrified face.
"No, everyone, get to the skies!"
Supreme Kai's urgent cry prompted everyone to utilize the Flying Technique and escape the impending cataclysm.
Yakon tried to do the same but was unlucky enough to be caught in the midst of the erupting rocks and molten lava.
"Master Babidi, help me!"
Yakon's pleas fell on deaf ears, as even the wicked Mage Babidi was powerless against such overwhelming force.
From their vantage point in the sky, the Dragon Ball Warriors witnessed the true extent of Saitama's power. The planet shattered like an egg struck by a stone, releasing a torrent of magma and debris.
The surging magma mixed with shattered rocks, creating explosions in the void, casting fragments in all directions.
Dazzling rays of light emanated from the planet's core, turning the pitch-black void into a radiant day.
Jebiter was perplexed. "Master Supreme Kai, what kind of power is this?"
Supreme Kai was embarrassed, feeling his pride wounded: "Don't ask me. I have no idea how he became this powerful."
Among them, Vegeta seethed with frustration. Witnessing Saitama's strength, his unwavering confidence began to waver.
Could he truly defeat someone so incredibly powerful? He questioned himself.
In the past, his rivalry had been with Son Goku, but now Saitama posed an even greater threat.
This doubt cast a shadow over Vegeta's heart, leading him to ponder the purpose of his years of relentless training.
"Amidst these relentless adversaries who emerge one after another, must I, the Saiyan prince, forever bow to their might?
He reflected on the years of grueling training, those countless hours spent within the unforgiving confines of the gravity room, all in pursuit of surpassing Son Goku. And yet, doubts lingered.
Even with all his efforts, was he truly capable of outmatching Son Goku? The gap in their 'Ki' energy felt insurmountable.
Not only had he failed to defeat Son Goku himself, but now another formidable opponent, Saitama, had surfaced. This development sent Vegeta's spirits plummeting.
What was the worth of his relentless dedication? Could he escape the shadow of these powerful adversaries?
No! It couldn't end like this! He was the Saiyan prince, after all. Surrender was not an option. He yearned for strength, from anyone, anywhere. He yearned for the power to rise above these challenges.
As Vegeta's envy and frustration burned within him, Babidi's voice resounded in his mind: "Do you seek power?"
Without a moment's hesitation, Vegeta replied, "Of course! Grant me strength, and grant it swiftly!"
