===Semiramis===
The Hanging Gardens were close to being repaired all the way. It had taken much time, and with servants of black harassing them through the process, it was even more difficult.
Semiramis was now sitting on her throne looking at the screen displaying the scene of Assassin of black attacking Yggdmillennia castle.
She had a light smile on her face, seeing the assassin chase the wheelchair bound girl through the halls of the castle. It faded however as she saw the other servants of black arrive and save her. Her smile returned when she saw the Juggernaut land on the assassin however, then she watched as the assassin made her escape.
She knew exactly what was going on in the knight's head. He had been shocked when he saw that Assassin was a child, and stepped off of her at that moment.
She bit her lip seductively as she thought of poisoning one that was so "pure" or goodhearted. His reaction had told her everything she had needed to know of him. He was a good soldier and warrior, but above that. He was a good man.
To poison one like that. To twist his mind into something completely contrary to his nature.
She closed her eyes as she imagined him serving only her, turning his back on everything that he held dear for her approval. Serving, killing, absolutely obliterating everything in her name, she would- "what are you doing?" Shirou asked from where he was standing below her.
Her eyes shot open as she realized she had been lost in her lustful thoughts, and had ignored what had been happening on the screens.
She straightened her posture as she looked back to the screens in front of her.
One was of the Juggernaut, who seemed to be arguing with a member of the Yggdmillennia clan. A second screen had showeb Saber of red, as well as Saber and Berserker of black, who had been fighting against Lancer and Rider of red, but it was empty now.
"I'm sorry master, I lost myself in my thoughts for a moment." She replied.
Shirou gave a soft smile then turned to the screens again.
"I've recalled Lancer and Rider after the two Sabers and the Berserker fled back to the castle. They must have been recalled once Assassin had attacked the castle, but I'm sure we can still benefit from this situation." He said as the two servants materialized next to him.
"We could have chased them down! We could have taken them out if you hadn't recalled us!" Achilles shouted as he smashed the butt of his spear into the ground, cracking it.
Shirou looked on amused as he gazed at the two servants.
"You understand it was three against two. Are you that confident in your skills?" Shirou asked.
"The Berserker is nothing. We could have dealt with her easily." Achilles replied.
"And how do you feel about this, Lancer?" He asked.
"I feel the same. If you had not forbidden us from pursuing them, we could have deprived the Black faction of a servant or two." Karna replied.
Shirou nodded his head, slowly walking toward the two servants with his hands clasped behind his back.
"And what if I could offer you another target, that you could take your frustrations out on?"
The two servants looked at one another before Achilles responded.
"Who?"
Shirou simply continued to smile as he pointed a finger up at the screen that was still there.
"You may go all out. I want that knight dead, do you understand me?" He asked. He then reinforced his statement by holding a hand up. Blood red symbols appeared in the air before him.
Two of the symbols disappeared as he began to speak.
"I order both of you with Command Seals. You will destroy the Juggernaut with extreme prejudice. You will go all out, and you will not stop until he is dead, or incapacitated, in which case you will bring him back here."
Achilles and Karna looked at each other before they nodded and left.
"Master…" Semiramis said tentatively. "What is it?" Shirou answered.
"I was wondering… if I could have the knight. He would be a great asset if I could corrupt him." She replied.
"That's true, but he is a threat we need to deal with. If he survives, and we've subdued him… you may have your chance."
"Thank you, Master." Semiramis said with a devilish grin on her face. "The repairs have also just finished." She informed.
"Very well." He said. "Take us up."
===Godrick===
"You stupid oaf!" Gordes shouted.
"Why did you let her go? We could have ended her there and then!"
Godrick looked over to the fat man who was yelling at him.
"We could have solved a problem, If you weren't an idiot!" Gordes continued to shout.
"Oh I'm sorry, I've never killed a child before, so forgive me if it caught me by surprise dumbass." Godrick signed to the man who turned to Jeanne.
"He just says that it caught him by surprise. We didn't know she was a child." She said to Gordes.
"If you are going to translate for me, at least tell him everything I said." Godrick signed to her exasperatedly. She gave him a stern look, which he didn't shy away from.
"What did he say!?" Gordes said, still angry at Assassin getting away.
Jeanne sighed as she looked away from Godrick to Gordes.
"He called you a dumbass."
"WHAT!" Gordes shouted rounding on the knight once more.
"How dare you call me that!" He shouted pointing a finger at Godrick, as he walked towards the knight.
"I will have my Saber ki-" His rambling was stopped as Godrick flicked the man on his forehead, sending the man flying away from him, landing in the bushes.
The man didn't get up, but Godrick knew he was fine.
"Let's go hunt her down, she went towards the city. I'm sure we will be able to find her there." Godrick signed to Jeanne.
She had looked over to where Gordes had landed, and simply nodded as she walked over to Godrick. He lowered his halberd, which she stepped onto.
"I find it funny that this is now our normal mode of travel." She said to him, looking into his eyes through the slips in his helmet.
"Ready?" She asked, to which he nodded. He threw her up into the air towards the city, and looked to the next person who had lined up.
"Well, this should be fun." Mordred said with a huge grin on her face. Godrick threw her as well before looking back down. No one else had stepped forward to go, so Godrick looked to the city and prepared to jump.
Crouching down low, he thrust his body upward, leaping high into the sky.
At the zenith of his jump he saw a flash of light, followed by two spearheads thrusting towards him. It was too fast for him to block or dodge, so the combined strike hit him right in the chest, sending him hurtling towards the mountain side.
He hit the mountain with such force that a devastating shockwave destroyed the surrounding trees and rocks, clearing a good part of the mountain side.
Godrick sat up, then got to his feet as he dusted himself off. He looked into the sky that was bathed in pinks, oranges, and reds by the sunset, seeing two figures jumping from a chariot.
They landed near him, adopting relaxed postures as they began to walk towards him. He felt their hostility, but he began to walk to them as well.
He had let go of his halberd when he was hit, so he recalled it, resting it on his shoulder as it returned to his hand.
The combatants stopped a few meters from each other as they studied their opponents.
"So… Do you want to just make this easy for us and surrender now, or???" Achilles trailed off leaving the question in the air.
Godrick replied by snorting, then sticking his halberd into the ground. He reached up with his right hand and grabbed the top of the ax head as he leaned on his weapon.
"So I'll take that as a no then." Achilles said as he looked at Karna. "What did you expect? Him to give up willingly?"
"Well yeah, I was hoping for it. It'll save us a lot of time and headache."
Karna shook his head at his comrade as he readied his spear and spoke.
"I wish you to know before we start. I do not wish to fight you two on one, but our master has ordered it so. I hope you understand."
Godrick gave a sharp nod to the man before he stood straight again. He grabbed the shaft of his weapon with his right hand before giving it a little twirl. It stopped abruptly as he gripped it with his other hand, now standing in a battle ready stance.
He motioned the two of them to come at him, eliciting a grunt from Achilles.
"This asshole." He said under his breath as he and Karna readied themselves.
Suddenly Achilles burst towards the stationary knight with his spear held out in front of him.
Godrick reacted by turning slightly to his right, letting the spear glance off his left shoulder before smashing downwards with his halberd. Achilles' speed carried him out of the path of the halberd, letting him stab at the knight's unprotected back. Godrick twisted out of the spears path while also bringing his halberd around to smash into Karnas spear that was about to stab him. He threw Karna away, then moved to the side, dodging Achilles thrust once more.
Karna charged once more, as Godrick twisted to his left while reaching out and grabbing the Lancers spear with his free left hand.
Godrick gave a vicious tug, pulling Karna with the spear before ramming it back into the servant. Not wanting to be left out of the fight Achilles stabbed out, only to be deflected by Godrick halberd.
The knight then dragged the Lancer whose spear he still held, with him as he spun to the left before throwing the servant away, while simultaneously hooking Achilles heel with his halberd, and tripping him. With incredible speed the knight brought his now free left fist down into the Riders chest, sending him into the ground. He then raised his foot and brought it downwards, crushing the ground beneath him.
The ground cracked for meters around the knight's foot, but as he brought it up there was no Achilles. He looked up to see his two assailants getting to their feet. Achilles had grabbed onto his chariot at the last second which had flown by and pulled him from under the knight's foot.
Godrick rolled his shoulders and cracked his neck before looking at the two again.
The two servants obliged, stabbing out one more with their spears.
Godrick caught both blows on his halberd, then pushed them back once more. Karna came from his left, while Achilles came from his right. Godrick stabbed out at Karna who deflected the blow and stabbed his spear into Godrick's thigh.
The knight ignored the pain as he brought his halberd back into Achilles stomach, pushing the servant away.
Godrick twisted to his right, ripping the spear from his leg while bringing his halberd downwards onto Karna. The Lancer caught the blow, but was driven to his knees.
Godrick took this moment to drive his own left knee into his face, knocking the servant's head backwards.
He then dematerialized his halberd for a split moment to catch Achilles spear that had come from behind him. It appeared above his left shoulder where his head had just been before he made a slight move. He caught the spear with his right hand, and dragged it forward while bringing his left elbow back and into Achilles undefended chest.
Godrick brought his fist forward in an attempt to hit Karna, but unfortunately the Lancer had seen the blow coming and retreated a bit.
Godrick still held Achilles' spear, which he ripped from the man's grip, then gabled the Riders empty hand over his left shoulder. He raised the servant up and brought him downwards over his shoulder as he raised his right knee to meet the man on his way down. Unfortunately it was a bit awkward of a throw, so instead of Godrick knee meeting Achilles back, it met his right shoulder.
A loud crack was heard, followed by a shout of pain as Achilles' shoulder broke from the impact. Godrick let him fall to the ground before giving him a vicious kick, sending him to where Karna had retreated to.
Achilles got to his feet unsteady before his shoulder healed itself.
"This guy's seriously starting to piss me off. No more holding back." Achilles said through gritted teeth.
"Oh, you weren't going all out? I thought you were. I certainly didn't think you'd let yourself be bullied like that otherwise." Karna said in his calm tone.
"Shut your mouth and let's kick this guy's ass." Achilles replied.
"I was already planning on it." Karna said as he leapt into the air preparing to throw his spear. His eyes and the spear started to grow a fiery red as he uttered two words.
"Brahmastra Kundala!"
(A/N: I would like to take this moment to show you all my appreciation. I'm very new to writing, this being my first book. I know I've made some mistakes when writing this book, and I'll no doubt have many more.
I've been somewhat fearful of some of the reactions I've seen on other novels when authors make mistakes. Their viewers just drag them over the coals and get very angry at the author.
But I must say. You guys have been incredible. All of you are so incredibly kind when you point out mistakes I've made, as well as inform me of lore on certain subjects that I might not understand fully.
Thank you all so much for helping me become a better author. It seems a couple of you want this book to succeed even more than I do, and that fills my heart with so much joy.
I don't know any of you personally. But if I did, I'd give you the biggest bear hug I could. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. Even if you don't like this story, I still appreciate you reading to this point.
Thank you all so much for reading this story, and I hope all of you will accompany me to the end.)
