When Tapiwa descended and joined her people later that day, she was wobbly. Her maids had to hold her and send her to the carriage.
No one said a thing, but she could hear the people doing their best to stifle their cries.
They have been doing their best to help her and themselves and also prayed to the deities without fail.
Their effort paid, but she, as the queen, suffered a huge blow but she didn't regret it.
Although her body felt drained, the knowledge that no life was lost made her happy. However, taking a rest was of paramount importance. She didn't have any luxury to answer any questions.
Thankfully, the elders didn't dare step on her toes but let their queen be taken to the castle and take a rest.
Tapiwa was brought to the castle, where the maids prepared a bath for her. Tapiwa had her eyes closed during the bathing process. She was too tired to even open her eyes, so she just let them handle her the way they wanted.
