Chapter 51. Chief of Staff
"Gol D. Ace..." Sengoou spoke, his words carrying a weight that could be felt by everyone in the room.
As sengoku uttered those words, the temperature in the room rose as smoke started emitting from one of the powerhouses the marine force, Akainu, the Red Dog.
Although his face didn't change from his regular cold, scrowl, it was obvious he was raging inside.
They had been searching for this rookie pirate for over a year, ever since he killed a world Celestial... Now they understood where he got his guts from, which made it even worse.
"Calm down Akainu... This will be dealt with properly." Sengoku said.
"Oy, is... It .. real...?" Kizaru asked in a relaxed manner, almost sounding like he didn't care, but was asking to not seem rude.
"... There's a high likelyhood that this is real, we're confirming everything we know about him... Garp?"
The marine hero was nervously looking towards the other side of the room.
".... Garp... Do you have something to share?" Sengoku started getting a scary feeling that his old pal knew something... Or had done something he shouldn't have.
*Whisle whisle*

On Dressrosa, the three spies, that belonged to the Revolutionary Army were hurrying to the green bit. They were followed by their seniors that had come to this island many years ago on missions, but had been forgotten after being turned into toys.
They were on their way to meet a high ranked Revolutionary.
When they reached the border, before they could even cross over to the Green Bit, they found two hooded people waiting.
"Do you think it's one of the commanders?" One of the three asked the leader of the three.
"Shhh, don't talk unless you're asked to." He answered.
Soon they arrived before the two hooded persons.
"What wind did you sail?" The leader of the three asked.
"The wind that blows the flames of revolution." A male voice answered under the hood.
This was one of their codes to confirm their identities as revolutionaries.
"We salute the senior... Officer?" The leader spoke as they all straightened their backs and lowered their hoods, showing their faces.
The two that was waiting also lowered their hoods, and revealed their faces.
"We greet the chief of staff!!" All of them saluted even more properly when they saw the golden hair, burnt scar on his face and that kind, innocent looking smile.
The chief of staff is the the second highest ranked in all of their Revolutionary Army, only the outranked by the Supreme commander and the most wanted man, Monkey D. Dragon.
The chief commander was adopted by the revolutionary army as a kid and raised by Dragon to be one of the pillars of the army.
Chief of staff also had amnesia, but unkown to him, he is the sworn brother of Ace and Luffy.
"Relax, we hurriedly came here as soon as...."the chief of staff didn't know how to finish his sentence.
"As soon as you remembered us? Don't worry Chief, it was because of a devil fruit." The leader explained the whole situation their chief of staff.
Each person stepped forward and explained what had happened to them.
They explained what had happened up till they rebellion that was led by a pirate, Cavendish.
As for the Donquixote Pirates, they didn't know what had happened to them.
"... It was lucky that I was on a secret mission nearby, Koala, take them back to our ship." Chief of staff, Sabo commanded.
"YA YA YA ARE YOU ABOUT TO LEAVE YOUR POST??!" Koala, Sabo's underling angrily shouted at him.
Sabo had just recently received his title as the second in command. He was a genius since childhood and had surpassed most in skill.
He was amongst the strongest in the army even at the age of 18.
Koala had been by his side for a long time and they had become very close, and one could clearly hear the worry in her voice as she angrily shouted at him.
"Don't worry, Hack has also arrived on Dressrosa, I'll meet up with him first before taking action." Sabo nervously explained.
"TAKE ACTION? AGAINST THE DONQUIXOTE PIRATES??!" She became even angrier as she started pinching his cheeks really hard while shouting at his face just a few centimeters from him.
The others silently took a few steps back in awkwardness, why did it feel like an old married couple's fight.
"Sigh, you now this type of action needs the confirmation from the supreme commander." She said in hoss that he wouldn't take drastic action.
Although she seemed less angry, her hands were pinching Sabo's face even harder.
But he seemed to not notice.
"You know I can't just turn away from this." Sabo answered, losing his nonchalant attitude.
"... Yeah... I know." She gave up while turning away.
"Just be careful." She she said as she was about to walk way tih the others.
*SNORE*
suddenly everyone heard a snore from behind a tree not far from where they were.
All fo them got into a stance, ready for a fight as they believed they they were alone in these parts.
"Who goes there?!" One of them shouted.
*SNORE* The only response they got was more snoring.
Sabo stood in front of the rest with a frown, how had he not priced someone close by.
"Get back" Sabo said as he stepped around the tree.
There he saw a young man with black curly hair, freckles and a blue open shirt sleeping with a bubble growing from his nose.
Sabo's frown deepened as he recognised who this person was, the super rookie, Flame Emperor Ace.
Sabo had always wanted to meet this rookie as there was always this feeling of... Closeness to the person, maybe he might know something of his past before the amnesia?
Furthermore there was something else of interest for Sabo.
After he was saved by the Revolutionary Army, he only had a few things with him. One of the things was a map that led to a deserted island. There the map showed to a place where he found the Mera Mera No Mi.
Ever since eating that fruit he had become the flame human with Logia abilities.
But since reading about Ace's abilities, the whole Revolutionary Army got confused since they knew Sabo held the Logia fruit. Which means that Ace had another fruit, similar to Sabo's. Maybe some kind of flame Paracemia?
He wanted to get to the bottom of this.
As if feeling the presence of Sabo, Ace woke up, looking slightly confused.
"Hmm, ah, right, are you guys done with your boring talk yet?" Ace asked as he yawned and stood up. The revolutionary soldiers got ready to fight once again hearing his words. It sounded like Ace was here for them.
"What do you want with us?" Sabo asked while putting one of his hands on his pipe that was on his back.
"You guys? Nothing, but you Sabo, that's a different story." Ace said, as soon as Sabo heard Ace speak his name, he attacked as he could hear from Ace's tone that he seemed to hold anger against him.
"I don't know who you are, but you made a mistake coming for me." He shouted as he pushed himself towards Ace while swinging his pipe.
