Chương 27: A New Start

With a firm and certain tone, Alexander addressed Astra, "I agree, you're perfect. Why do you think I'm unwilling to let you go?"

Astra acknowledged him with a nod before shifting her attention to the server who was pouring their wine. She offered him a warm smile and graciously accepted the glass. "Thank you."

The server nodded in response and proceeded to pour a glass for Alexander. He couldn't help but be captivated by Astra's presence, finding her even more beautiful in person than she appeared online. However, he couldn't fathom why she was accompanying someone like Alexander.

As Alexander noticed the server's lingering gaze on Astra, he narrowed his eyes, growing increasingly irritated by what he perceived as the entire restaurant's unwanted attention. He had no patience for their server ogling Astra and decided to intervene.

In a stern tone, he warned the server, "Maintain professionalism, or I'll have a word with your manager."
